Wonderfully relaxing stay at this Cloudcroft beauty. This townhome provided three levels of living with a well stocked kitchen for all of our needs. Hiking trails, golf, and shopping are just a few of the activities close to this townhome. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute!

This was a wonderful place. Could not have asked for better. it was clean, quiet, and lacked for nothing. The view was perfect with elk, deer, and horses just off our balcony ever morning and evening. Easy to find and conveniently located to Cloudcroft and Alamogordo.

This was our first time in Cloudcroft. Awesome place on the green belt. Wild horses and deer. The place was very clean and stocked. Game room for the kids. Deck overlooks the golf course. Very peaceful and tranquil. Will be back.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Cloudcroft this is it. Very nice and clean . Great views of Elk, deer and wild horses. Right on the golf course. I highly recommend this Condo. Check in was easy. Condo was perfect for our party of 4 girl trip. Town was easy to get to for a fun day of shopping and at the end of the day sitting on the back porch watching the wild horses and elk was breathtaking. We also enjoyed playing cards and pool on the downstairs floor. I will definitely recommend to stay here and I will definitely rebook when we visit again.

The property is perfectly located with an area around back for the kids to play in the snow. The home itself was spotless (and I am super crazy about cleanliness), very well stocked (impressive amount of pots, pans, plates, glasses, spices, k-cups etc. not cheap and in great condition). Everything was in working order. Beautiful open concept main floor with floor to ceiling windows overlooking a picturesque backdrop.
The house was beautifully decorated and really made you feel like you were home. The lower level billiards room was a plus and although it is ground level and quite chilly down there, there is a portable heater that did its job heating up the room. The pellet fireplace was charming and heated the main floor perfectly. The beds were comfortable, good water pressure in the showers, and the linens and towels were clean and there were plenty of them. The loft has a pull out bed which came in handy and it essentially gives you a third bedroom. We loved that there was a separate bedroom downstairs for the adults and the kids were able to have their own space and bathroom upstairs.
The development was well plowed and our walkway was clean when we arrived. Everything was accessible and parking was right in front of our unit. The area was quiet and safe. We even got to watch the deer roam from the back windows.
I would most definitely stay here again. Both the adults and the kids enjoyed the stay!

It's the second time I stay at this property. It's in a nice area and perfect to see the outside when it snows. Beautiful.Last time host remembered I liked the cinnamon cups for the krups machine and made sure there was enough for my stay.Thanks.

This is a great condo for 4 adults or a family of 4. We brought my parents and had a great time. My mom has slight mobility issues and she was able to get around easily. My husband and I took the bedroom upstairs and I will say the queen mattress really needs to be replaced. It was a very uncomfortable mattress for 2 adults. The condo was nice and bright with a great view. We enjoyed watching the elk in the evenings. We definitely would come back.

First time I have seen an abundance of owners personal family photos displayed in the property, not a fan.
The check out time is inconvenient with families with children. Had a lot of kitchen equipment needed, coffee maker was not working at the time of our stay. Clean and in good condition.

Wife and I with 11, 8 and 5 year old boys. 3 floors have is ample room. Tv in upstairs bedroom, upstairs foldout couch with tv, tv in living room, and tv in game room. Everyone could watch their own show. Living area with plenty of seating for family movie time. View of snow covered golf course with mule deer walking under balcony was amazing. Boys enjoyed sledding in back yard area, and having snow ball fights and building snow men. Only about a 4 min drive to ski slopes and tubing hill. Family dollar, restaurants and gift shops only about 3 min from cabin. Our mini van worked great drive to cloudcroft from Texas was easy, no steep climbs. Truly wonderful winter vacation.

Very comfortable and pleasing environment in which to enjoy the beautiful high country of Cloudcroft, NM! Great perch for watching elk in the early morning and late afternoon on the golf greens below. Also enjoyed the downstairs pool table and a little husband/wife rivalry!

It was definitely a “getting away from it all” experience for us 70 year olds! Loved our view of the golf course with the elk coming out in the evenings! Only one suggestion for improvement: small chest of drawers in closets so suitcases can be unpacked. Everything else perfect!

Just as advertised
Property was well maintained and very welcoming. There was one elderly guest who struggled with the altitude so be aware of that possibility. Otherwise the property was great and plan to return.

Nice place to stay for visit to White Sands NP
Property was as advertised and we enjoyed staying there. It had been snowing up in Cloudcroft when we arrived and that created beautiful scenery. The home was warm, with a nice view onto an evergreen-bordered golf fairway. Excellent kitchen facilities and good bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, towels). WiFi and TV streaming were top notch!
As a caution for the owners, it was a bit treacherous getting from our car to the front door (10 feet) because the snow hadn’t been cleared, and wasn’t cleared during the entire two days of our stay. We managed without incident but it may present a possible liability for the owners. Towards the end of our stay, we found a snow shovel, but clearing the snow from parking to the door shouldn’t be the guest’s responsibility, particularly when the property has onsite active management. This is merely a suggestion.

Great for family or a few friends
Loved this condo! Our first real trip in two years and the space was better than we expected. Comfortable beds, large living room, beautiful view and the pool table was in great shape. Everything worked as it should have. We were so grateful for all the soft blankets on the couches and chairs after a day of snow boarding. My 12 and 15-year-olds have requested we stay here again. Thanks for making our family vacation comfortable and fun!

Much more than expected
It was awsome, the condo is so much better than expected, staff (Karla and Julie) always helping. There was an issue with the dryer and they solved it in les than 30 minutes trough their staff. The place is beautiful (see pics), nearby all you need from town and attractions in CloudCroft. It was one of may best experiences when traveling.
Definitely going back with friends and family whenever is possible.
