Welcome to Sand Castle Suites, A three unit condominium building located just a few hundred feet from the world famous Siesta Key Beach! Restaurants, shops, and nightlife is also just a short ride on the islands free trolly to Siesta Key Village. Sand Castle Suites offers each of the three units with private patios with seating, BBQ grills, and beach gear.

This spacious two bedroom condo boasts 1,400 sq. ft. of air conditioned living space on the second floor. Enter the unit through the front door and enter into the open concept living space. The living area is furnished with ample seating for relaxing and watching your favorite shows on the flat screen HD TV with access to your preferred reaming services. Just of the living room you gain access to a private balcony and patio through large sliding glass doors and is furnished with an outdoor dining set, BBQ grill, and outdoor shower great for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach. Back inside you have a well equipped eat-in style kitchen around the island and equipped with 4-piece stainless steel appliance set among other small kitchen appliances. Additional dining seating is available around a dining set expandable for 6 persons.

Heading towards the rear of the unit, you first come to the guest bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin-size bunk bed allowing sleeping accommodations for 4 persons. Just across from this guest bedroom is the guest bathroom offering a stall shower. Further down the hall you will pass the laundry closet equipped with full-size washer/dryer for your in-house laundering needs. Arriving at the end fo the hall you will find yourself in the master suite. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bedroom set and TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. The en suite bath offers a stall shower.

All of the mattresses in the home feature Casper Original mattresses. They provide special 4D sleep technology with breathable foam that will truly give you the best sleep possible during your trip! Just another way we want you and your party to sleep comfortably to enjoy your vacation in every way possible!

The condo was very clean and just as described. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrellas provided. Walk to beach was quick and easy. Furniture and beds in condo were very comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided in both bathrooms. Bring extra laundry soap there was only two loads worth provided. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Siesta Key -

We really enjoyed our stay and liked the place and the location few steps from the beach. It's well maintained and clean. Some suggestions to owners, It would be great if ceiling fans were installed in the living area and bedrooms for better air circulation. During hot days, having an awning covering the outdoor patio. And moved up the checkout at 11am instead of 10am. Cleaning crew was outside at 9:30am waiting for us to leave the unit.

Loved how close this was to the quieter segment of Siesta Key Beach. The unit is huge, could definitely fit 8 people and the kitchen and living space/patio would be great for those staying for longer than we did. The bathrooms are renovated and there are 2 of them, though they are a little tight. We stayed in a second floor unit so stairs are required to climb to enter the unit. Beach equipment was there, the best of which were the heavy duty carts. Additionally, there were umbrellas and chairs, noting that the umbrellas were small. I would recommend but with the reservation that the price of this unit did not quite match the level of comfort/luxury in this high end price range compared to other units or local hotels in adjacent areas.

As advertised. Walked to village for easy access to restaurants about 15 min. Great location near the beach only about 5 min walk. The stuff provided for beach was great (chairs cart umbrellas etc). Large communal area. Overall excellent stay.

It was even bigger than we expected and was spotless. FYI: in unit c the toaster doesn’t work right- only one side pops up. It would have been nice to open the bedroom windows at night instead of using AC. The weather was perfect for sleeping.

Nice location, clean and in good repair. Accommodations deserve four stars. However, I missed some important bit of information in one of the dozens of e-mails from the management company prior to my arrival. (They sent a lot of offers for golf cart rentals, charters, etc. etc etc.). Since I missed the essential info, I called the only number that I had on the day of my arrival. The individual I spoke with ridiculed me and hung up. When I wrote to the person I thought was in charge he said he was not responsible. One star for excessive promotional e-mails, rude customer service, and the excuses made by the management. Customer service matters— not the fourth time I call, but the first and every time. I would gladly provide documentation to support this review. I would not rent through this management company again.

The stay was great! We loved the house and it’s location . What would have been nice is to have some basic household items provided .. garbage bags, zip locks , napkins , paper towels and TP, and salt & pepper and olive oil Thanks

This rental is a 10 out of 10! Absolutely loved it!! So close to the beach with easy access in and out! Everything you need for the beach was provided (beach wagon, beach umbrellas, chairs, toys, even plenty of beach towels!!) and the rental is spacious and beautiful! Gas grill onsite for grilling, short walk to restaurants as well! We are already planning a return trip next year and plan to stay here again!!!

The condo was very nice, and had everything we needed. It was a short block to the best spot on the beach. The beds were comfortable, the showers were always hot with great water pressure and we were a 10 minute walk to the little village.

Fantastic condo for a family w/3 kids. We cooked breakfast, walked a couple mins to the beach via beach access 11. Spent 2-3 hrs swimming and getting sun at the most beautiful beach I've ever been to, then walked back and ate lunch. Central location between north and south bridges to the island for branching out to explore during the afternoon and then take advantage of the area's restaurants before coming back to our new home away from home. Beautiful.

We traveled for a three-person family vacation of only adults. The unit was clean with everything we needed provided. Location was great, easy walk to the beach and short drive to the village. Would definitely book this property again if we return to Siesta Key!

The place was very nice, clean, and welcoming. Perfect location just across from SK Beach. The management was quick to get back with and questions or concerns. The only "complaint" would be the transparent blinds in the master bedroom. Light comes roaring through as soon as the sun comes up. It might be fine for some, but not for us. And as per the contract, bring all cleaning supplies, soaps, and garbage bags as the minimum is what you get.

We LOVED this fully stocked, easy beach access property. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was very clean. We only had one car but parking got tricky while cleaners were there for another property - we were able to park behind them until they were ready to leave (and while we were unloading) and we just switched spots. Beach access is a 4 minute walk (with gear and kids in tow), and Siesta Key main street is easily accessible via walking, bike, or vehicle. We would definitely visit again!

Perfect Getaway

This was a quick retirement getaway gift for a friend to relax for a few days. It was perfect. The unit was very clean and well maintained with plenty of room to relax. It was only a short walk to the beach in an area that had some life, but not too busy. We also took a few day trips to Sarasota and Venice Beach that weren't too far away, but was nice to come back to Siesta Key. It was a perfect trip! Love the place and Siesta Key. Thank you.

This property was absolutely beautiful! Spacious, clean, stocked kitchen, great location—one block from beach access 11, and less than a mile from Siesta Village. Storage closet filled with everything you need for the beach—umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Beds were super comfy and with two full bathrooms. Highly recommended and will stay here again when we return to Siesta Key.

The property was exactly as described. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the street with all the restaurants and shops. If you drove it would be a 5 minute drive but we enjoyed the walk. It was very convenient. We enjoyed the closet in the back of property that had floats, chairs, umbrella’s and toys for the beach. Everything you would need. There was a barbecue as well that was in the backyard which was nice. All in all we had an amazing time in Siesta Key and would love to come back to stay in this property again. Thank you.

Nice property, location, and well remodeled. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. Making beach gear and towels available was an unexpected plus. The casper mattresses were also nice. The only recommendation I have is to upgrade the quality of the sheets and pillows.

My husband, myself and our 3 kids, ages 2-6 had a wonderful experience at this property. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was so nice to have all beach equipment and wagons available. Location was great! Beach was never too crowded in that area. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this property!
