It was overall a great stay. The only thing was that I was promised 4 parking spaces and when I arrived they only gave us 2 parking spaces. The refrigerator makes very little ice and the water from the refrigerator occasionally comes out medium hot.

Tahoe rental I have waited to send this note until we concluded our stay. Sadly, this home (412 ) was sub-par. The heater was not working on the first night and we woke up to a house at 58 degrees. We then discovered that the microwave dial does not work and so we could not set cook times. The repair man who came was nice and even he said this property had not been properly maintained and upon our exit, he was personally going to look at the entire property. The downstairs hall bathroom has dirty baseboards and a towel rack that was pulling out of the wall. There is very little light in all bedrooms. Each room has one or two lamps with low light wattage. There is no overhead lighting and for older people it makes it hard to see. It is difficult to see in each room. There are very few outlets in any of the bedrooms making it very difficult to charge phones and computers. Overall this is a home I would not recommend to anyone.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Inspite of the transition to RNR from Vail Resorts, our vacation experience was well executed. From plumbing to parking passes, RNR had us covered.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay at this condo. Plenty of beds for everyone. Please note: The pack n play provided was VERY SMALL and our 2 1/2 yr old could not use it. She fits in mine perfectly. The location was great. Short walk to the beach. 2 Markets in close proximity to our location. Plenty of dining options around this location too. Plenty of towels and beach towels and the bonus of a beach wagon to pull our stuff to the beach! Towel bar on lower level came down when I put my towel on it. Toilet in lower level bath needs tightened also as it's loose. The floors could use a really good scrub as we were instructed to take our shoes off which we did - but our feet were dirty.Kitchen had new appliances and was well stocked - more small spoons would be nice. Directions to the microwave would be nice. I had a techy guy with us and even he couldn't figure it out! Really appreciated the laundry soap and dishwashing soap and extra trash bags and paper towels. That was very nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic time with family and RnR is great to work with! Regarding the unit, newer kitchen with lots of amenities (door pulls needed on cabinets-hard to open), great location for getting to all areas of Tahoe, ample storage in bedrooms. Surface areas were clean but dirty behind bathroom doors, dirty feet after walking on floors, and bathrooms are small and outdated. Downstairs bedrooms heard every creak of movement from the main level. Probably return to Lakeland Village (great beach area) and use RnR but will try a different unit. Outdoor area of the Village could use better landscape maintenance. Able to walk path (20-30 min), scooter, or Lyft to Stateline. LakeLink timing too inconsistent to use. We had a fun time overall and Cold Water Brewery & Grill is a must!

The unit was spacious enough to accommodate our family, with room to spare. More attention to cleanliness - ie, floors needed to be vacuumed and swept. They were gritty upon arrival. Towel racks needed to be repaired. Not anchored to wall well enough. Kitchen has no drawer pulls, and they were frustrating to open. Parking was somewhat of a nightmare. Over crowded, and under-policed. Many cars had no hang tag and should not have been there. Internet was slow, and TV box needed to be re-started regularly. Ceiling fans are needed. The small fans were loud and inadequate for keeping the air moving. I would book again, but would hope some items could be addressed.

The place is in a great location, very close to everything. The check in process was great, no issues. The layout of the house worked perfectly for both families that stayed. The only thing I would say is that it wasn't as clean as I'd like. The hairdryer in our bathroom had some dried up hair spray or something all over the top of it. There was also visible spider webs in the main TV room. The pictures of the house need to be updated too as there is a lot of wear and tear over the years. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
