We have been in Southern Pines before. It’s well situated safe and walkable around town. Great restaurants. Fabulous golf courses. Perfect weather. Kitchen well stocked. The only issue was the comfort of the king mattress in the larger bedroom. Chad, the caretaker was amazing. Great guy. Incredible skills. Fixed the bbq in no time. We would come back again.

We needed a place while moving from Texas to N.C. and this was so perfect. The location was prime and we walked downtown and visited shops. Everything we needed for our stay was there. I LOVE North Carolina!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and very well stocked. The kitchen was large and easy to work in. Very well equipped. We had our family and several friends over for a meal and did not feel crowded. Great outdoor eating area.

The "charming abode" was just that! It was perfectly situated between town and the road I took get to my friends farm to ride. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

We came to town to visit family and this was a perfect spot to meet up, dine and walk around. We enjoyed the restaurants, shopping and of course the ice cream parlor.

Sunshine, the property manager was quick to respond and so helpful! I was there during a winter storm and lost power and she offered for me to come to her home to shower, have a hot meal and charge my phones, etc! So sweet! The property is fantastic…so comfortable. I was sad to go!

A very nice place with all the comfort features you want in a VRBO. Kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials, living areas are spacious and comfortable, everything is newer, the management point of contact (Sunshine) was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.
