My family absolutely loved this property, its well looked after, appliances and kitchen ware was good quality and the beds were very comfy.
Location is great, with easy access to local beaches, restaurants etc.
We would definitely stay again
5.0 / 5.0
My family absolutely adored this stunning property, and our stay was nothing short of wonderful.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the breathtaking exterior adorned with vibrant red roses in full bloom. Instantly, we felt at home the moment we stepped through the door. The bedrooms were generously sized, providing ample space for everyone.
The kitchen was great it was equipped with everything wer could possibly need, from utensils to pots and pans, a sandwich press, and coffee machines. The pantry was stocked with essentials, making cooking a breeze.
The abundance of towels, spare blankets, and extra pillows ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The attention to detail and thoughtful preparation of the property truly impressed us.
I have already recommended this property to friends and family members, and I would not hesitate to stay here again on future visits to Adelaide. It's a true haven, perfectly set up for a memorable holiday experience.

Great place to stay. Maybe a little over priced.

This was a brilliantly located property that was exceptionally well presented upon check-in. The hosts were very easy to deal with and we will be booking this for most likely all our family visits.
Glenelg offers such a range of restaurants, cafe's and beach culture and you really can't beat the location.
The price fluctuation at the start was the only glitch, as it was explained that the booking system has an automated price mover much like airlines do and that it uses the same demand pricing modelling hotels do. So if you see it, and like the price, book it there and then. It cost us a few hundred more that originally marketed, but not a deal breaker.

Cannot recommend the property highly enough.

Comfortable home with lots of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Everything was as described and tri e photos don’t do it justice. Super clean, and had everything you’d need. Very comfy beds and plenty of space for 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a baby. If I had to pick in something I’d just say the towels need replacing. They’re the type that soak up no water at all but that’s just me being picky.

Everything was as described in the details. Check in was flawless and there were no items missing or in need. Everything was spotless and wonderful. There is usually one or two things that is lacking or missing, but not at this estate. We rented a car and had a friend be our full time designated driver, so the private parking was a blessing too. The cottage was very private and comfortable. They could maybe use a king size bed in the master suite. But that would be the only improvement.

Our family was thrilled with our recent stay. The property had everything we needed and was well located - a short walk to the beach and Jetty Road facilities but away from the hustle.
We had some relatively hot weather and the ducted aircon and ceiling fans were welcome. Kitchen and bathrooms well appointed.
We had a minor plumbing issue and the property managers resolved this within a few hours.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

A place to rest
After escaping the city, arriving in this beautiful period property was a delight. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the kitchen/dining/living area is a cosy space for enjoying each other's company. The directions for accessing the house were clear and precise. The location was perfect. Walks along the beach, just five minutes away, were a feature of our stay and the Glenelg beach front provided kilometers of paved walkways and sandy beaches. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will come again, and have recommended the house to other family members. Thank you to Let Smart Management.
