This is the second time we’ve stayed at this wonderful home. The place was spotless, beds were very comfortable, and kitchen was well-appointed. The location is ideal for enjoying everything Carbondale has to offer…right on Main Street within walking distance from shops, restaurants, and parks. We will definitely come back!

Amazing 1880s Victorian house steps from Carbondale's main street! We loved this unique house that combined old school architecture and decor with modern appliances and a steam shower. The location was perfect and the house was just darling. Only (minor) issue was the icemaker didn't work well. The house was amazingly appointed, especially in the kitchen, and surrounded by lovely flowers and trees. We would definitely stay here again!

House was clean and spacious. Kitchen well stocked. Best location if you are looking for 'walkable' downtown.
It is old, as advertised, and carries the 'old' smell and slanted floors:> Windows were all sealed up and we were unable to get fresh air into the house. Would have been nice to open windows for spring time. The house served it's purpose and we would actually book again.

We found this home to be so comfortable and cozy. The location cannot be beat. Right on Main Street so walking to coffee shop, stores and restaurants is so easy. Also location on the trail out the back of the house was wonderful as well. The house has everything we needed to enjoy life in Carbondale for a few days! We would love to come back and stay here again.

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a short term rental. The property itself is so unique with rich history (built in 1886!), eclectic and inviting decor and modern comforts. The owner and host have thought of everything you might need and communication with both Evolve and the local host was seamless. And the location is amazing! Walking distance to everything in charming downtown Carbondale. My only wish was that it had been available to extend our stay - we didn't want to leave! Will definitely be back.

The house is in an amazing location walkable to downtown for eating and shopping. We loved taking the cruiser bikes out to run errands and along the bike path right by the house.
The house i perfect in every way and the host was super responsive!
We would stay again for sure!

We forgot to mention that we needed a pack and play. The property manager helped us out last minute by driving one to the house. Thank you!

It’s an old house and is organized interior traffic pattern wise as old houses can be. The bed was super comfortable, and access was very smooth. I recommend this property keeping in mind that this is a very old home. Nonetheless, the plumbing was good, the water pressure was fine and there is a lovely back area with table and chairs and comfortable outdoor zero gravity lounges. Or whatever they’re called. Quiet area with all kinds of restaurants and shopping nearby. Thank you for a nice stay.

Exactly as advertised - so refreshing. We skied Snowmass and Highlands, had some great meals and people watching in Aspen, and returned to our quiet 1880s Main Street and House. Great coffee shop on Main Street Carbondale. Looked like there were some interesting places to eat and drink but we had to leave some surprises for next time.

It's a beautiful home., the decorator has very interesting and thoughtful taste. The house is also Eco friendly. We also appreciated being right in the thick of things with wonderful restaurants right down the street.

Loved the home - so many quaint and homey touches. Neighbors were very loud one night, but otherwise perfect.

Awesome location steps to everything Carbondale has to offer. Big property, funky old house (built in the 1800's!), but very comfortable, and well appointed. Had everything we needed.
