Located just one street from the beach and a short walk into the attractions of central Victor, this beautifully renovated single-story 60’s style home is perfectly located for year-round holidays. Walk to Granite Island, the Whale Centre, the cafes and pubs in Victor, the shops in Ocean Street, events in Warland Reserve or just head to the sheltered sandy beach of Victor Harbor. The dog park is just 5 minutes walk.
The property has a large private rear yard with shady trees and a leafy sheltered garden. It has 3 bedrooms and an open-plan layout with sunny north-facing bedrooms and a living area. The front and rear undercover outdoor areas provide shade and wind protection when required or an opportunity to chase the sun all year round. The house has a relaxed coastal vibe to it which will make for a wonderful beach holiday.
The kitchen has been fully renovated and features all mod cons including a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. There is one bathroom (with shower and bath) and a separate toilet. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine.
There is fast NBN WiFi, a big-screen TV and the added bonus of Netflix. Year-round comfort is provided by reverse-cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling).
The property sleeps 6 people and the bedroom configuration is as:
• Main Bedroom – 1 Queen size bed
• Second bedroom – 2 single beds
• Third Bedroom – 1 Queen size bed
Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. You may wish to bring some extras. All bed linen is provided.
Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $22 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $44 for 1 night.

The property welcomes well-behaved pets indoors. There is a fully enclosed rear garden for pets to enjoy. It is grassed and has plenty of shade for warm days. The secure fencing is approximately 1.5M high and the gate is 1.2M.

It was lovely listening to the ocean at night and the back garden was great for the dogs , lots of areas to explore. The grand kids liked it as well. The kitchen was very well equipped. The only thing that would be good to have is a poop scoop as it would be a lot easier to clean up behind the dogs. Thank you we enjoyed our stay

Location was quite good. It was my mistake for booking a pet friendly place. However would not recommend if you have small children that go on the floor. Within an hour of being there, there was dog hair coming out of the furniture and floor rugs. We ended up leaving a day early because of this. Probably a great place if it is just adults and animals.

Wonderful property to stay with our daughter and dog. Lovely yard with lots of room to explore & great outdoor dining/sitting spaces at the front & back of the home.
The house had everything we needed & the Foodland about 100 steps away was really handy.

Amazing!
The property was exactly as advertised. it is beautifully renovated, one street from the beach, quiet and safe for pets.
The master bedroom has windows on 3 sides and looks out over the lovely back garden, while the trees and shrubs provide privacy. At night you can hear the waves crashing on the beach. The bed was amazing and I slept like a baby.
The provision of dog bowls, beds and even a leash is a nice touch, and Daisy loved exploring the save and secure back garden.
We really enjoyed our stay; I just wish it was longer.

Relaxing beach getaway
A 10 minute walk from the town centre, this lovely beach oasis was everything we needed. Fully functional kitchen and BBQ led to some great home cooked meals. The house and backyard were perfect for our medium dog and we were a one minute walk from the ocean!
