The house was fine check in was not so good got a code for the garage that had been changed and apparently staff at pmi didnt get informed the code had changed.. description of property says there was a hot tub. And the hot tub was out of order... it would have been nice to know where the community's dumpster was located as we had to take trash to another dumpster....... overall the stay was good... just a little dissappinted with the say at pmi for not letti g us know the important info neededdumpster was

We had a great stay here. The location is excellent. It's in Dillon and the views of Lake Dillon and 10 Mile Range are great from the patio.

We booked this condo since it was very close to Dillon lake. We also took a trip up to A-basin which was only a 30 min drive. The condo was nice and had comfortable beds. The couch upstairs folds down giving another sleep area. We also used the grill to cook up a nice meal for the group!My favorite thing was how quick the property management people were to respond to any needs. We asked for a coffee pot (only had a Keureg at the condo) and it was provided by the time we got off the mountain. The only downside was the quality of the cooking items (pans) available. I brought up my own skillet as this is pretty common at rentals.

We stayed here with our dog and friends for two nights in Feb. All was as pictured, including the beautiful view. It was a perfectly good stay, but there were a few quirks I'm noting below relevant if traveling with pets, kids, or a lot of gear (or arriving/leaving during bad weather/visibility as we did):
We had some difficulty during check in, as there are two identical garages with the same passcode on opposite sides of the property, and my GPS routed me to the wrong side which resulted in me circling the garage unable to find the assigned parking spots. (Fyi- you have to get out of the car to enter the passcode).
Moving things in/out of the condo involves parking inside, going up the elevator or stairs to third fl roof level, and walking about halfway down the building to the condo door (outside/uncovered). There is no guest storage in the garage for ski gear.
If traveling with pets, you must make this trip in reverse to take Fido for a potty break. The pedestrian door to the garage locks behind you, so you re-enter the garage code and come back in through the garage door.
The condo itself is very spacious, and everything was pretty comfortable, with exception of bottom mattress in the bunk room and all the pillows. Fyi there is no dining table, if planning on cooking/eating with a group.
All in all, good stay and very convenient to Keystone. For us, two nights would be the max stay.

Everything about the property loacation and unit itself was great, however the carpenting was appalling. There were dozens of spots from what I can only assume is dog urine. Odor was terrible in these rooms. If they would clean the carpet and deoderize, thiis would be a 5 star review.

Lovely condo and amazing location! Beds are super comfortable. The only thing we would recommend is getting some sharper knives and a fry pan for the kitchen. 🙂

Unit was just like the online pictures show. Unique layout with upstairs master suite and sitting area and main level BR2 with bunks. Kitchen is fully equipped and the living area has comfortable seating for 5. Beautiful view from the patio. The best feature, in my opinion, is that the unit has two assigned garage parking spots.

We are frequent visitors to the summit county area and this condo was a great fit for our family. Communication with the property manager was great, very responsive and helpful.

Everything was great. We had one small hiccup with the door code upon arriving, but after a quick phone call the issue was resolved. Great location with skiing a short drive away and food options within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Great location in Dillon, just across the street from the town center park. This was particularly convenient as we had a dog with us.
The unit was clean, which is not easy for a pet friendly place. The layout was great for a small family with ample room in the common area to gather.
Instructions to access the garage and the unit could be a little clearer. Kitchen utensils could use a refresh, but had everything we needed for a couple of meals.
All in all, would recommend and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in Dillon. The condo was nice and as advertised. Views are awesome. We are from Colorado, but have been in Texas the last 18 months. To say the weather was a nice change, would be putting it mildly. One downside, my husband had to buy vinegar to clean the coffee pot before he could use it. We would stay again.

Views from the condo were awesome. Everything inside (and on the patio) was very worn. Not toddler friendly. Easy walk to park, restaurants, and bus stop. We weren’t able to get the place to cool down at all, but we also had to leave early so maybe it would’ve gotten better throughout the stay if we stayed longer.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Gorgeous views! The location was awesome and conveniently located above the bowling alley (great for kids)! Walking distance to Dillon lake/amphitheater and restaurants. Easy communication with the property management office and responses were always prompt. The only thing that was confusing was the listing noted a community center with a pool/hot tub and fitness center. There's a jacuzzi (no pool) and the fitness center you have to pay separately to use the gym. Also, for coffee drinkers, they only have a Keurig machine, so you'll have to bring some Keurig cups.
Overall, we were happy with our stay and would recommend to others!

The location and view were most important to us and this property checked those boxes. The space and layout were great for us. It wasn’t the cleanest but not necessarily dirty either…some areas had accumulated dust, shower liners need replaced, nothing that impacted our stay. As a sensitive sleeper I would prefer window coverings that would block out light.

Our stay was lovely! The home is very spacious and equipped with everything. We brought our dog and the area is perfect for walks, especially by the lake. We even went bowling downstairs. The garage is nice for parking. Perfect distance to all the slopes! We definitely will be back.

On the whole we enjoyed our stay but maybe I would suggest that the owner get a second couch instead of the chairs because when it comes to comfort, sitting upright isn’t as comfy as laying down on a couch with your feet up. Master bed was comfy on one side of the bed. It might just be an old bed that has a lot of use. Other than the Furniture, the condo is perfect! Kitchen appliances were great, floor plan was great, views were incredible. Plus, having a garage space was crucial as it snowed almost everyday! I feel like if there was a new comfy couch there, we’d be back!

The location was perfect. Check-in was easy. Nice to have 2 underground parking spots. Unit was clean and was a little dated, but served our needs. Would be nice to have more than one TV, mainly in the primary suite.

Nice property. Location was central to ski hills, restaurants, stores. Check-in was easy. Indoor parking with 2 spots was a plus. Only recommendation I would suggest, is to add a few more TV’s. There was only one in the main room. A TV in each of the bedrooms would be nice.

Great location - easy to get to mountain for training. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen so we could easily make our own food. Wonderful to have washer/ dryer in the unit.

Because my mother has mobility challenges having a condo without stairs was key! The elevator took us from the garage to the level of the condo and the bedroom on the main floor was great! Access plus dog friendly made this unit a Unicorn for us and we absolutely would love to stay here again. Beautiful view from balcony. Elevation bowling was a blast (downstairs in the same building!) even a Mexican restaurant on the main floor. Silverthorne Rec center (pool) was a 7 minute drive. A fenced in dog park within 15 minutes and an easy walk to a playground right off the marina.

Location was absolutely perfect! Lots to do within walking distance and easy to ride out for bike rides. Views from deck, kitchen/living room and main bedroom are breathtaking. The only issues we had were that the code for the fitness center door did not work and there wasn’t a place to dump recycle or trash. Also, when we arrived, the elevator was not working. For a family of four, we had lots to carry up so the walk up was not fun. Even with those minor things, we would definitely return!

We loved our stay. The condo boasts beautiful views of the lake and mountains with a nice table and chairs and grill outside. Bedrooms comfortable. Kitchen with all the supplies to make nice meals. Awesome, walkable location!

Summer Fun
The condo was in great shape and the pictures were accurate. The view is really beautiful. It is close to beach area, restaurants and amphitheater, etc. The communication was great from the get-go. They responded quickly to a request for a new propane tank. It was nice to have two allotted parking spaces as well.
