The house was amazing! The elevators were very handy and getting the luggage up to the second and third floors, but they’re a little quirky. Property was within walking distance to the beach and we loved having the cart to take all of our stuff. The only thing negative I would say about this property is that you might want to remind the next-door property to be considerate of the pool time and shared parking.

Great overall experience. Condo has some dates aspects but over a nice place for a large family/friends to stay at. Great access to beach (5 minute walk). Nice having garage and pool onsite. Lots of steps in unit so not all that if you need something w/o. Thanks for a good stay.

Everything was great. Perfect location, beautiful beach great restaurants. Only concern the house needs a deep clean. Floors were very dirty on arrival. First floor balcony has a very rusty table and chairs in need of repair.

The house is beautiful, and very close to the beach, with a short walk to the village (shops and restaurants). We really appreciated that the pool has full sun, as it is located in the front of the house. Many other homes in the area had their pools in the back, with a completely shaded pool for the day.

We LOVED our stay at the house!!! The beach access is directly across the street and The Village is literally an easy 3 block walk. So convenient! This end of the beach is also typically a little less crowded than the southern end of the beach, so that was awesome too. They provide 6-8 beach chairs, sand toys and a wagon to transport back and forth from the house to the beach; that was amazing!! We stayed at the start of March Madness, but the owner provides a Hulu subscription so we were able to watch games. The dishwasher doesn’t work great, so if you’re bringing the full 9 people the house sleeps, you might consider plasticware and paper plates only because you’ll go through the dishes quickly. The pool is shared with the duplex/ other side and it’s a smaller-ish pool, but we didn’t have many issues with that because we were at the beach every day. We also had a little trouble getting the elevator to go to the third floor, but that was probably an operator error (it’s a little tricky). Elevator was nice to have for unloading! Owner response to messages was very quick.
EXTRA ITEMS I WISH I’D KNOWN ABOUT: They provide a Pack-N-Play, toddler booster seat for the kitchen, and a stroller. I didn’t use any of these items because I brought my own, but they were so nice to have had there. They also had a blow up air mattress in the closet in the 2nd floor bathroom, but it seemed to have a slow leak so we weren’t able to use that.

Enjoyed the stay. The rental unit was fine but the furniture rather tired and dated. The elevator needs updating and work. The elevator door very fails to unlatch properly and is very sensitive. Local is very good for beach access and walking to the "downtown" area. Enjoyed our stay.

This house is located in a great spot - almost right across the road from one of the beach entrances, and around the corner to Siesta Key village. Each bedroom has it's own bath, and the kitchen is fairly well equipped. The elevator comes in handy for moving luggage. We had neighbors in the adjoining unit, but never heard a sound. There is a huge two car garage.
Now for the weaknesses. The house has a fair amount of wear and tear. None of the furniture is comfortable - it's really setup as a high volume rental. Beds are soft and the pillows (not cases) smelled. Bring a noise machine because the street noise after hours is loud. The wifi is not strong enough throughout the unit (need extenders and higher bandwidth). Dishwasher does not do a good job and should be replaced with a newer unit. No dimmers on the lights, and several have bright flourescent bulbs (especially dining table where we played cards every night). Stove top needs a light fixture. So, overall a great location, and lots of wear and tear.

Overall, our stay was good.
Pros: The house had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach access was directly across the road from the house. There were lots of beach chairs and a beach wagon to take to the beach. The pool was on the small side but very nice and warm! The elevator was handy for getting luggage up the three stories to the bedrooms. Garage parking was a plus.
Walls were well insulated as we never heard our neighbors next door (the other half of the house). The living room furniture looked new and was lovely.
Cons:
It’s on the main beach road, so it can get busy/noisy at times. The house overall is a little bit tired with a few water stains on the ceiling and the dishwasher needs replaced. The pool is little and it was awkward to share with the person/family who rented the other half of the house. If you rented the entire building (ie both units) with family/friends, it would be fine.
I would stay here again as the price was quite good and the location to the beach was convenient.

Property was as described. Couple minor issues that didn’t impact our stay. Beds were comfortable. Amenities were as described. Pool was nice. Right across the street from the beach. Short 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Everyone was happy!

Great place, clean, comfy beds and location is perfect! Only downside, the pool heater was not working at all and we couldn’t swim. That is one of the things we were looking forward to the most since it was already colder during our stay and the gulf was too cold. The contract stated 82 degree pool temperature, but sadly it was 70 degrees. Contacted management who was very easy to get a hold off and they had someone come out but unfortunately they needed to schedule a tech to come and that was scheduled for the day we were leaving to fly back home. Huge bummer! Would definitely stay here again, but only if the pool is fixed because that is one of the main reasons we look for a house with a pool is to be able to use it.

There were six of us in this condo and had more than enough space for everyone. Perfect location for the village as well as the beach.
Kitchen had most things you needed, but if you wanted a lot of spices, bring your own. No extra trash bags or toilet paper so bring your own. This is stated when you get the code for the condo. Pool was great but is shared. We were lucky and had to share only one day. Would definitely stay here again. Couple things were broken and no garage door opener but didn’t effect our stay. Property manager was very accessible.

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The unit provided what we needed for the infant to sleep and eat. The unit was safe from the pool for our 2 year old. The kitchen provides a good selection for cooking and grilling. We had a great experience.

Was better than expected. Very close walk to beach and was close to restaurants for dinner. In easy walking distance to everything you need if you don’t want to drive. Would no doubt stay again.

We have been to this area 7 times over the past 8 years. Really enjoy staying close the beach and town. Having the pool is a must and was clean and well maintained. The property was very clean and love the balcony for morning coffee and evening wine! Check in and out was a breeze!

Great place. It is just as nice as the pictures. We had three adult couples and we fit in the place perfectly. Loved the pool but best of all was the location to the village and to the beach. We would certainly stay here again. Thanks, Jim

Location of property was great. Able to walk across the street to a fabulous beach - one of the best that I've been to. Furnishings in home have seen quite a bit of traffic. Needs refreshing. House is not maintained as it should be. First 2 days of our stay had internet and tv issues. Finally corrected by Brad Tuesday evening whom I found to be honest and owned up to the problems. TV's are only provided in M/B upstairs.
Leaky faucets in M/Bathroom and shower head issue in main bathroom on first floor. Plenty of beach equipment but not cleaned after usage by anyone. Refrigerator roll out drawer is broken and wheel is inside of refrigerator. Washing Machine is extremely sensitive to start so be sure to get directions when you arrive. It was an enjoyable walk to the restaurants and shops on the main street. Not to be missed is an Italian Restaurant called Cafe Gabbiano.
