In the heart of Filey, just a few minutes walk from the sand and the sea, is this brand new holiday apartment! Belle House offers everything you need for your perfect seaside getaway, with a great selection of shops, café’s and restaurants on the doorstep and free allocated parking included.

The apartment is open plan, offering a bright, spacious and airy living, dining and kitchen space. With a wall mounted flat screen TV, comfy sofas, and a selection of board games, the living area is perfect for relaxed family fun after a day at the beach.

The kitchen is stylish and excellently equipped, providing a full oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave kettle and toaster, and even a Nespresso machine, for that perfect morning coffee whilst you make plans for the day.

The master bedroom has lovely decor, with a king-size bed, plenty of storage and thoughtful touches like a hairdryer, clock radio and hangers in the wardrobe. There is an en-suite shower room with mains shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

In the second bedroom, there is ample space with two full size single beds which can be zip-linked together to make a super-king bed should it be required.

The main family bathroom is very smart and contemporary, with a bath with shower over, toilet, basin, heated towel rail and a back-lit mirror to give a real luxury feel.

Whilst the seaside town of Filey is famous for a great day at the beach, there are various other attractions in the local area that will leave you spoilt for choice with where to explore first.

Glen Gardens is within easy walking distance less than a mile away, and offers beautiful parkland and gardens to explore, adventure golf and stunning views out over the coast. If you take your golf a little more seriously, Filey Golf Club is very nearby, just a little further on from Glen Gardens.

For those wanting to immerse themselves in nature, why not make your way down to the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast for a spot of spectacular bird watching at the Bempton Cliffs. An established nesting spot from March – October, over 200,000 Puffins, Gannets, Kittiwakes and Guillemots take to the ledges of the white chalk cliffs almost 400ft up from sea level.

The larger town of Scarborough is also only roughly a 20 minute drive away and offers lots more to see and do. You can visiting the famous Rotunda Museum, a beautiful building housing unusual and interesting artefacts, or take a tour around Scarborough Castle, a mediaeval stronghold now looked after by English Heritage, with a busy calendar of live events throughout the year.

This was our second stay at Belle House and we have already booked for next year. Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartments with everything you could possibly want or need. Great central location too. We love Filey and have now found the perfect place to stay. Thank you Parking posts don’t work very well - though it’s great to have a parking space. Also, signal kept dropping out on tv but we managed to watch on iplayer etc. Not complaints at all, just observations.

Everything! Being woken at 7AM by text message to remind us about putting rubbish out, leaving towels in the bath, stripping beds etc. 7 AM was far too early after all we are on holiday. We had already been told of house keeping rules on previous emails.

The location The noise from the street in the front bedroom, shouting cars racing up and down thankfully my mother in law and father in law both in their eighty’s stayed in the back bedroom which was much quieter

Everything new and clean. All linen, towels etc from Marks and Spencer's. Very well equipped. In a good position for everything. Car parking spot reserved. Just one problem, with the tv in the lounge. The aerial did not always connect and we had to keep adjusting it.

The location of this property is great - within easy walking distance of every amenity. The allocated parking space is a definite plus. With it's own private entrance, it is very spacious and we will return. The beds in the twin room are not really big enough for adults. The dishwasher door is fouling the plinth. Under the sofa was quite dusty. It would also be a good idea to alter the fridge/freezer doors to open the other way round

This apartment has everything location, high end furnishings, and parking! We really enjoyed our stay in this prime location. Communication with the owners were simple, and a very pleasant cleaning team. All on all very highly recommended.

The location and parking is excellent and the property clean and spacious. A very enjoyable second stay. The doors to the properties above close very loudly, but the owners are aware and looking at solutions. The road can be a little noisy at night.

Very comfortable apartment. Everything provided to make it a lovely holiday. The location is perfect we didn’t need to use the car while there. The bed was extremely comfortable. We met the cleaners who do a fantastic job making the apartment look like new. This is our 2nd visit and we will be booking again without a doubt. Nothing.

This was our second stay at Belle House although a different apartment this time. The apartment was fantastic the best we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, very high quality furniture, linens and kitchen items and extremely comfortable. Ideal if you want to cook as everything you could possibly need is provided. The location is wonderful, in the centre of Filey near shops and numerous eating places but very quiet. An added bonus was a private parking space at the rear - essential for us these days. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will be back next year. Nothing

Beautiful property in a fabulous location for the beach, shops, cafes, chip shops and pubs all including Tesco within a 5 minute walk. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The road can be a bit noisy, seemed to be a few noisy cars racing about in the evening but they didn't disturb us overnight - can't say the same for the seagulls but you expect that at the seaside! Will definitely be back. Leaving at the end of our holiday!!

We loved our stay at No.15 Belle House. The apartment was modern, extremely clean and fully equiped for our stay. The property manager was lovely and was at hand for any issues. There area of Filey was beautiful. There was plenty to do during the day and it was very quiet and peaceful on an evening around the coast and gardens. There are shops and pubs/take aways close by - note that some of the pubs and cafes etc close at 5pm. The only flaw was the noise of the cars driving around at nighttime... but it didn't disturb our sleep. This is a brilliant base to explore Yorkshire. Absolutely nothing.. fantastic accommodation and service.

Loved that it had it's own private entrance and dedicated parking spot. The shower was amazing and it was quite spacious. An electric fan was provided to get us through the heatwave. Comfy sofa and a very central location. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again There was a rattling from the pipes in the corner of the kitchen but it was something you got used to after a couple of days

Fantastic flat in a great location. Lovely decor and bathrooms. Only issue was the size of the single beds in twin room - they were not full width so caused a problem sleeping for teenage daughter. Would not advise for adultsover 12s. Ground floor flat was a bit noisy at weekend and had to keep blinds shut all the time. Would suggest booking 1st2nd floor.

Perfect little apartment, excellently kitted out with a quality finish. Great beds, sheets and towels. Wonderful location in the centre of Filey. Would definitely book again and go back it was lovely. The items in the dishwasher were dirty when we arrived, looked for a dishwasher tablet to put it on but there weren’t any. Subsequently we had no choice but to leave the items dirty. (We did not cook or use the kitchen on our short stay). The extractor fan in the en suite bathroom was constantly on despite turning its switch and the light switch off, half way through the night I resorted to turning the fuse switch above the bathroom door off with a coat hanger to switch it off. We did not turn it back on before leaving.

Guaranteed car parking space I think cleaners had missed the kitchen floor which I had to hoover upon arrival. Also some of cutlery needed rewashing. Other than that all fine.

Very modern and clean. Ideal location and bonus of a parking space. Advise what coffee machine is in it before departure and that pods need to be taken. Also advise to take own dishwasher tablets.

I loved Smiley Filey

As I entered the place the colourful pictures made me smile. The apartment is beautifully designed with good quality furnishings and it's very well equipped. (I especially loved the Nespresso cups and saucers and have already ordered some for my home.) The location is superb and an allocated parking space was a real bonus. I absolutely loved this place and wished I could have stayed longer. The TV in the lounge is fabulous but it kept losing signal. I wondered if this problem was because of the recent transmitter problems in the area however the signal improved when I plugged an HDMI cable into the TV, even though there was nothing connected to the other end of it! The TV in the bedroom only has BBC channels. No other channels were available.
