The Gran Alameda building is located on the main Avenue of Málaga, an artery that emerged as a large green boulevard of manorial homes with representative modernist buildings. Its location is exceptional, from where you can enjoy all the tourist attractions of the most cosmopolitan city in the south, such as Calle Larios, Plaza de la Constitución, Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum or the Cathedral.
This building is composed of 18 apartments with a lot of personality, decorated and designed in detail with high quality materials. They stand out for their decoration in tones that go from aquamarine blues to dark indigo. It presents natural and earthy tones such as the local stones themselves and always on light and white environments that reflect the light of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything our guests need to feel at home. The rooms are equipped with 100% ECO cotton bed and bath linen and stand out for their style and elegance, following a curated design line with the rest of the apartment.

It is also a perfect option for corporate clients due to its comfort, fast internet connection and the proximity and accessibility to the María Zambrano train station, which are just a few minutes' walk away.
In its surroundings you can find a wide selection of restaurants, local shops and places of leisure and culture. In addition, with a pleasant 10-minute walk through the gardens of the Paseo del Parque we can reach other sophisticated areas of the city, La Malagueta and its beaches, the Pompidou Museum and the Plaza de Toros.

The location of this apartment is amazing,right in the centre. The design and decor is first class and has absolutely everything that you would need for a great stay. Having stayed in apartments in Malaga at least a dozen times this is by far the best. Loads of space and the two bathrooms are a bonus. What I loved was how slick check in was as everything can be done before you go and the keyless entry is a plus. Communication from the company was also excellent. Will definitely be going back.
The only negative is the noise but that is expected as it’s right in the centre. It’s just traffic noise but something to be aware of. We slept in the bedroom at the front but ended up moving to the other bed which could be partitioned off cutting down on the noise. Would not put me off staying and a pair of earplugs will definitely help. However this would not put me off booking again.

Excellent apartments. Stayed with a family of 6. I liked everything, clean, convenient, comfortable. There is everything for a comfortable stay! Keyless entry is very convenient. Thank you! I advise everyone.
We did not find dishwasher capsules and washing powder. But this is not a problem, bought in a store.

Von Anfang war es ein toller Service. Sämtliche Fragen wurden super freundlich beantwortet. Selbst als Probleme beim Flughafentransfer gab wurde sofort nach Lösungen gesucht und innerhalb von Minuten ein anderes Auto für den Transfer organisiert. Vielen Dank
