3 Overcliff is a stunning family friendly cottage with a comfortable interior and breath taking and uninterrupted panoramic sea views, located in the quaint fishing village of Port Isaac.
Take time to relax and soak in the views or explore the local area. It is the perfect base in which to explore the north Cornish coastline.
From the entrance hall you will find the stylish and contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast. Just off from the kitchen is the cosy sitting room with a lovely open fire and floor to ceiling windows allowing you to enjoy the spectacular views in comfort. The sitting room leads straight out to the lawn, the perfect place to enjoy al fresco dinning and a glass of wine. The cottage consists of three attractive bedrooms located on the first floor; a gorgeous master bedroom with a king-size bed, a twin room which can also be configured as a super-king, both with views out to sea. The third bedroom is a cosy twin room.
Ground Floor:
Kitchen
With an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, washer/dryer, dishwasher and dining table with seating for eight guests.
Sitting room
With open fire, panoramic sea views, Smart television, DVD player and access to garden.
Family bathroom
With walk-in shower, heated towel rail, underfloor heating, wash basin and WC.
First Floor:
Bedroom one
With a king-size bed.
Bedroom two
With twin single beds.
Bedroom three
With twin single beds (can be configured as a super-king size on request).
Family bathroom
With shower over bath, wash basin and WC.
Outside:
Guests can enjoy the lovely garden with seating and a barbecue.
There is also a rear patio with garden furniture.
Allocated parking for one car.
The iconic Port Isaac harbour is only a short walk away. The narrow alleyways are filled with independent shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as a Cooperative grocery store. Adjacent to the harbour is ‘Fresh from the Sea’ where you can enjoy local lobster and a glass of wine in their pretty courtyard.
