We had a wonderful week at Brittas Bay in a lovely, clean house which offered everything we needed. The host was friendly and very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

A great holiday community.
4.0
location, the layout of the cottage, having a wee "garden", how well kitchen was equipped.
There are some practical things that would be useful - coat rack (as there is nowhere to put the coats so these are constantly in a way), drying line or drying rack for wet clothes (given it is Ireland and it rains a lot), bucket and a mop, kitchen is good but there is little space to store non-perishable food

Comfortable cottage near the beach
Close to beach
Comfortable home
Easily accessible
The house does not have WiFi and in todays times that is a no-no
There is no dryer for the washing which again for Ireland is a no-no

Brittis Bay
Location was great and the site manager was very helpful. Safe location for families with free amenities, such as tennis court and football pitch.
Add a clock to the house and a list of TV channels. Even just the common ones such as rte and BBC.

We had a lovely stay here and are hoping to return next year.
The closeness to the beach, the quietness and the safety so that our kids could run around!
I have only two areas I think could be improved. The upstairs shower head seemed blocked. It was quite poor in dispersion water and the pipe/wire seemed to be leaking too.
The curtains in the bedrooms were extremely light. With a 5am sunrise, this was a pity as it meant all awoke at this time due to the sheer fabric of the curtains.

Once again great stay.
Great location. Very quiet. Super nice contact (Martina) and not complicated at all. Feels a lot like a second home.
Like at home it's not all perfect, but still cozy :)
I guess the pave walk to the beach could be improved by the city services. It seems bit dangerous that cars may drive 80 km/h, while you walk on that road.
Also, there were quite a lot bugs, small ~1 cm roaches at the house entrance. (inside) Killed about 20 of them in 2 days. Should be observed.
