Fantastic house located in a great position opposite a children’s play park and within 15 mins walking distance of Heacham North beach.
The house is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need to enhance your stay.
The host Joanne responds immediately to any questions and is more than accommodating .
A lovely property which I would thoroughly recommend. Thank you

The property was easy to find, had car parking outside on the road and had a long garden, good for our two dogs. We had 4 adults and 3 children in our party. We had everything we needed including toys and things for the beach that we could borrow. The property was well equipped. Perhaps put a small chair in the master bedroom for clothing. Change the light bulb in the front room as the light is poor. We had to clean garden furniture before we could eat from the table, but these are only minor things and overall we had a pleasant stay. We would recommend to people.

A massive thank you to the hosts of this place. Our group (7 people & 2 dogs) had a fantastic stay and felt thoroughly at home - from the oldest to the youngest to the dogs. The house is generously proportioned, takes a lot of guests without anyone feeling on top of each other. It felt so comfortable - from lovely beds and bedding to the things around the house, it felt like staying at a friend’s house (who is kind and has good taste).
Lovely garden and great location too.
Definitely recommend.

The property was great, probably even better than the listing suggested. Lots of space for two families and well equipped throughout plus a lovely big garden. Great to have the fire with plenty of logs when when the evenings got a bit chilly. We loved being within an easy walk of the beach whilst still having other beautiful spots in Norfolk nearby.

Had a fantastic stay in Heacham. The house is amazing, the owner has thought of everything. Our 3 year old granddaughter loved the playroom. There is so much space. The only thing that could be improved is storage space in the bedrooms. Overall we were very impressed, very comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the house to anyone.

We have just come back from a week long family holiday, consisting of 6 adults, 4 children (4-10yrs) and a 1 year old.
The house comfortably accommodated us all, and the pictures on the site don't do it justice. The fact that there is a brilliant play park opposite was a great advantage and provided the kids with hours of fun. The garden at the house was also perfect for children - huge and secure.
Ideal location to explore all that Norfolk has to offer.
Only recommendations I would have is the provision of a clothes airer for drying clothes on rainy days (although a tumble dryer is provided), a pizza cutter and a better lock for the main bathroom.
We would highly recommend, and will definitely look to book again in the future.

Fantastic House!
This house is perfect! Everything you could possibly think of was available. Comfy beds in decent sized bedrooms, beautiful sunroom which was warm despite the cold weather. The garden was great for the dogs too, plenty of room and lots of visiting ducks! We will definitely be returning.
