Hill House Farm is a fantastic detached three-storey Cotswold stone Farmhouse resting in Upper Heyford, near Nether Heyford in Northamptonshire. Hosting five bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, two second-floor king-size, a double with a basin and a super-king-size with zip/link (can be a twin on request), along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is also a kitchen, a utility, a dining room with woodburning stove, a sitting room with woodburning stove, a second sitting room/snug and an office. Outside there is off-road parking for up to five cars, a front patio with seating area and a rear enclosed garden with furniture, barbecue and a small pond. An external barn with bar/games room, kitchen area and 2 cloakrooms with basin & WC. No stag, hen or similar parties. 3 wedding venues near the property, the owner's happy for guests to use it as wedding base. Max 10 people including any infants per booking.

Travel cot and highchair are available on request. Off-road parking for up to five cars. Secure bike storage. Front patio garden fully secure with seating. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, barbecue and small pond. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.9 miles. Note: There is a small wildlife pond in the garden and a larger pond within the grounds, children and pets must be supervised. Note: Due to the age of the property some doorways are low, care to be taken, please consider this when booking. Note: No stag, hen or similar parties.
