On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. Bath/shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. 2 large terraces 24 m2 partly covered, large terrace 31 m2, large patio, large garden. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (8). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher. Please note: the area is only partially fenced, small children should not be left unattended due to the terrace and pool as well as the slope to the surrounding river!
