About this villa rental
A breath taking view over the ocean, the 17th century fort of La Prée. Direct and private access to the seashore.
1 km away from Rivedoux-plage, accessible on foot or cycle, with its port, shops, restaurants and cycle hirers. 100 meters away from the island grid of cycling tracks.
Next to a large and protected natural space planted with pine trees and fens sheltering wild fauna and flora, ideal for long solitary walks.
One unique freshly renovated property accomodating up to 6 people, four in the main sea-face house and two in the rear pavillon, nestled on a wooded plot measuring over 2000 sq.m. :
• A designer house built in the 60's of 105 m², accomodating up to 4 people, with its tower resembling the traditionnal wind mills of Ré island with a magnificent view point, alike that of the top deck of a ship.
• A pavillon of 44 m² for 2 people, with its bathroom, kitchen and toilets.
Both are decorated in typical Ré style, notably with local marine scapes by local painters.
A terrace and lawn of over 500 m² facing the ocean, lit up at night, with garden furniture.
