The landscaped garden of 1,460 m² includes a 5 x 11 m swimming pool, secured by a roller shutter, as well as a pool house with summer kitchen and WC.
Located in a quiet and private setting, this villa is just a 10-minute walk from the center of Saint-Rémy, allowing you to enjoy the activities of the village while staying away from the tourist crowds.
A concierge service is available during your stay. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms for optimal comfort.
Exit cleaning, 4 hours of cleaning per week and sheets included - A lump sum may be retained from the security deposit if the bins have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures at entry and if linen is missing.
Tourist taxes not included in the price (€5.76 x number of adults x number of nights); Deposit: €4,000 to be paid by credit card imprint or transfer only, before entering the premises.
