Situated in a quiet residential area of Vannes, this vast, modern house boasts top-quality features, a private garden and a lovely swimming pool with terrace. This exceptional location will enable you to enjoy the Vannes region in optimum conditions.
This superb house, with its swimming pool, comprises a large room overlooking the garden on the ground floor, comprising a living room, a lovely open-plan kitchen, a private suite (bedroom + dressing room + shower room), a toilet, a utility room and a garage. Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises four bedrooms and a bathroom.
The house has a superb garden with terrace and swimming pool (open from May to September).
