Covering an area of 70 sqm, this charming holiday apartment has a large bedroom, a living room and a beautiful large terrace with a small view of the sea and the Urania cemetery.
The Hanitea apartment offers all the comforts of quality tourist accommodation, it is composed as follows:
- an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and storage cupboards, opening onto the terrace,
- a large living room with open equipped kitchen, it has a convertible sofa for an additional person,
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet,
- a spacious terrace with the dining table.
This seasonal rental provides its travelers with:

The prices indicated include all costs and services as well as the tourist tax when required:
❖ all water and electricity charges (within the limit of normal use)
❖ a Wi-Fi internet connection,
❖ hotel quality linens for all occupants,
❖ basic products for cooking,
❖ bathroom products like in a hotel,
❖ complete exit cleaning,
❖ check-in is scheduled from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., or before if available, and check-out at 11 a.m. (outside these hours they are charged € 50)
❖ our assistance service 7 days a week.
Payment is made by credit card on the site or via a secure payment link or by bank transfer.
- the deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay is payable on booking,
- the balance is due 7 days before the arrival date
- a reservation for an arrival within 7 days is payable in full at the time of reservation.
