It is in a residence located on the beach of the right bank, very popular area, both close to all amenities and quiet.

This apartment is a T2 which is on the 3rd floor with elevator and enjoys a sea view with a beautiful vision on the Bay of Aigues-Mortes with the Grande-Motte in front. It consists of a fully equipped kitchenette open to a living room that has a double sofa bed with TV area. It then benefits from a separate bedroom with fixed bedding in 140cm for two people and. This apartment is ideal for 4 people as a family of two adults and two children. Are at your disposal all the necessary equipment for your greatest comfort, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge... as well as all the necessary utensils to prepare good small dishes.

The living room is modern, with a double sofa bed, a TV, reversible air conditioning, wifi.

Each apartment has: a kitchen, a shower room with shower and a sleeping area or separate bedroom depending on the type, and quality equipment. The apartments have a balcony or terrace overlooking the Sea, the Bay of Aigues-Mortes, the Grande Motte all to enjoy magical sunsets! Ideally located to do everything on foot: Shops, Markets (downtown and Boucanet), Restaurants and Bars in Tapas, Cinema. The Grau du Roi Seaside Resort allows you to enjoy walks along the shores of the Mediterranean, to ride by bike to the Salins d'Aigues Mortes (green circuits – Bike rental at 300m), and also by pedal boat (paillote), by boat (jetties), by 4x4 to discover Camargue Gardoise. Near Amusement Park: Luna Park and Amigolang, Thalassotherapy of Port-Camargue: 3 km facing the South Beach
Espiguette Beach and South Beach: Kite-surfing spot.

This apartment has a private parking space within the residence for one car. Grau du Roi Train Station is 1 km away. Bus services are available nearby. The nearest frequent traffic station is Montpellier Sud de France train station and the nearest airport is also Montpellier airport.
For an additional fee and with a request prior to your booking, we can find a solution to pick you up at the airport or train station and bring you to your holiday place in peace.


## IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This residence is located feet in the sand, with a private access through a door at the end of the plot of this residence which comes directly out on the beach on the right bank. The residence Castle Leenhardt has a form of "L" and consists of two buildings: Building A and Building B. The two buildings consist of a ground floor + 4 floors with elevators. There is an elevator for Building A and an elevator for Building B. However in terms of accessibility, the apartments do not meet the "PMR" handicap standards. If the apartment you have booked is in building A, the more you go up the floors, the more you have a beautiful and wide sea view that overlooks the side of the Grande-Motte with a North West exposure (all sunsets on sunny days). On this side of building A, the residence is built on the edge and next door is a communal parking paid from the beginning of March to the beginning of November, on which can park motorhomes and cars. In no case this car park which is below, does not represent an embarrassment to see the sea and our Agency will not be held responsible for bad information regarding the presence of this car park or a false advertising. It is by no means specified in our advertisements that these apartments have sea views on the 1st line, on the seafront.
If you have booked an apartment in Building B, most of these apartments are located inside the residence, so these apartments see the garden of the residence with the parking of the residence before seeing the sea since building B is set back from the sea and from the end of building A. So these apartments also have a nice sea view, with a South West exposure. They see the sea between Building A and the nearby residence called Les Villégiales du Château.

Nous revenons d’un sejour au Grau du Roy où les choses se sont mal passees avec l’agence Cles obtenues à 18.00 au lieu de 16.00 Facturation du linge (30€) alors qu’il est annincé gratuit sur le contrat Clim en panne Cerise sur le gateau lors de la remise finale des cles l’agent immobilier nous a dit qu il avait 99 pour cent de satisfaction et 10 pour cent de …. Je cite «  casse couilles » et sue nous faisions parti des casse couilles Un seuil de satisfaction tolerable est proche de 99. Il y a donc un souci et surtt aucune remise en cause de cette societe mais surtt insulter un cluent est juste intolerable Fuyez cet irrespect et cette incompetence Ha oui j’oubliais… une caution de 400€ etait reclamee alors que en lisant les petites lignes il est clairement ecrit que la caution est de 300€…. Etrange non??
