Relax on your ocean facing patio with panoramic views as you sip and watch the dolphins pass from the newly repaved oceanfront patio. The 1st floor corner unit is a building favorite as parents can sip and watch older kids boogie board on the beach or at the pool. You will never get entangled with elevators or lugging beach supplies up and down. Fully renovated to the vents, in a beach chic, zen luxury finish quality furniture and mattresses for your comfort, a stocked modern kitchen and and fluffy new linens and towels. All the comforts of home with the ocean as a bonus. Non shedding small dogs can be ok with pet fee but must be preapproved as community bylaws surrounding pets are numerous including breed restrictions. We charge a fee for rug and bedding swap out for guests who bring pets of any kind, not a PET Fee, however, the software forces us to call it a pet fee .

Cleaning includes best practices like steaming floors not just mopping, and use of quality products.

Great news, as of 10/14/2024 we have completed the new seawall installation, and the building got all new walkways and pavers in a gorgeous, hotel styled modern taupe and off white, including our patio. There is of course guaranteed beach always.

The seawall will have to be painted and sod replaced, so you may have a slight rerouted walking path (or not), or do not enter fence from an area they are working on at the moment. We do our best to be transparent but construction is dynamic, and affected by things like weather, and how fast the contractors works. If a dynamic environment isn't for you, save the bargain for the more flexible types and come see us when it over and new again! But to our regulars, what's left is NOTHING like what its been for the last two years since Ian and Nicole.

Some Complex Rules:

1. STAIR AND COMMON AREA ACCESS REQUIRES SCG BRACELETS YOU WILL FIND ON THE COUNTER AND ARE CHARGED $50 PER IF YOU DON'T RETURN ONE.
2. FOR BIKE OR KAYAK RAMP ACCESS - FB PAGE VOLUSIA COUNTY BEACHES HAS RAMP OPENING AND CLOSING HOURS AND INFORMATION WE SUGGEST YOU CHECK IT OUT. You can alos rent kayaks easily at JBs Fish camp.
3. No vaping or smoking on campus. Inside or outside. You can smoke on the beach, in the parking lot bench in the corner designated for smoking, or on a walk along the public roadways.
4. Dog Owners: we are one of the last buildings to take dogs. Why? Because dog owners are their own worst enemy. Here are the rules: DO NOT walk your dog through the courtyard, pool area, deck, sidewalks along landscaping, grass off patio for a midnight piddle, or onto a neighboring property. It is a $175 fine we will get from the HOA and take from your security.

Do, walk the leashed pet through the center parking lot to the public roadway, replete with large grassy areas to use for Fido's evacuations. Please scoop them and be not only a polite mannered guest of our beautiful town, but one that keeps SCG continuing to allow non-owner pets.

This is a modern, peaceful unit that guests return to time and time again, we are fairly new to VRBO so don't have a lot of reviews but enough to be a premier Host in our first six months! Come to a fantastic getaway on the no drive beach one hour from Disney, and all theme parks, and Orlando attractions.

Just up the road a mile or so is Publix, So Napa, Izzys Island Tacos for lunch off the beach and in NSB there is everything you could want.

Young families there is a shaded public park you can access to the left of our unit when entering the beach, and go about half a mile and go up the 27th street stairs. Teens can also go there to shoot hoops.

Try Smyrna Dunes Park and you can even bring your dog certain if off by 10:00 am! And there is a dog beach there.

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was clean and attractive. The construction was unfortunate but also unavoidable. Last years hurricane damaged the sea wall. Has to be repaired. We loved our stay. First time using Vrbo- was great. Thanks !

We were unfortunately unimpressed with our stay at this oceanside condo. Prior to arrival, I had messaged the host regarding any ongoing construction or building issues that may impact our stay, to which they advised there were none. However, we awoke our first morning to a demolition crew demolishing the patio and deck right outside our window. The noise was unbearable and the crew was in front of the property nearly all day, standing and looking right into our unit's windows. Additionally, one of the buildings had lost access to water in their units entirely. The pool was being worked on during the entirety of our stay, making it unusable, and a collection of construction crewmembers onsite next to the sunbathers. Overall, the interior of the unit itself was clean and spacious. However, it lacked many of the essentials needed: the kitchen lacked a few necessities, only one sheet was on the master bed, and both bathrooms had only one half-used roll of toilet paper. The sliding door to the patio was broken and unusable as well - it completely came off the tracks when we tried to open it. Unfortunately our stay was not as expected.

My family stayed down the street in a condo that did not know did not allow pets, even my almost 14 year old little dog. I am so blessed to have found this condo available! The pictures do not do it justice! It was the most relaxed I’ve been in months. The beds are comfy, there is all you need for appliances, dishware and a perfect view to fall asleep to. The owner was so gracious and kind and quick to respond. We will be back here on our next visit to the area!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was cozy and had great decor. Our only disappointment was we were unaware of their no access to the beach from our apartment because of the damage from the hurricane. We finally were told we could access the beach from another apartment building but we never did. We just enjoyed the view from their porch.
