Welcome to Greenbank! You will love this renovated cottage perfect for getaways. Strolling along a quiet country lane, sipping coffee/wine on the view deck with the warm fire pit, or in the fenced & very private back garden.
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath rambler, 973 sqft. There is a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping. All rooms are on one level but there are a few steps to entry.
**Home Highlights**
• There is a detached garage with 50A outlets for EV (bring your own charger).
• Kitchen is fully stocked with high-end kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, basic condiments, keurig coffee & tea
• Spacious Primary bedroom with a King bed & ensuite, secondary bedroom has a queen bed & hall bath.
• Living room has a pullout couch with a full mattress
• Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs
• Spacious deck and private backyard for your entertainment needs
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.

• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

We enjoyed staying here in this rural setting with a nice view of the sea. The cottage was very clean and beautiful decor with a spacious well designed workable kitchen. There was lots of overhead lighting which added warmth to a few days of rain, we loved watching a mama deer and her fawn near the large windows. Having 2 full clean bathrooms was a plus. We would stay here again.

Our stay was amazingly peaceful and for our family to join at a mutual location it was ideal - beautiful walks on the beach and the overall charm of the place made for a perfect Christmas--very spacious, beds perfect and the home had all the cooking utensils, gadgets, platters etc to accommodate our meals. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We will for sure return for another visit!

This was a perfect landing spot for our family of four (two adults and two teens) for a long weekend on Whidbey Island.
The house is relatively small but just right for this size of a group. We thought we would miss having a dining room table, but we ended up enjoying eating meals and playing games around the large island in the kitchen. Like eating at the chef's table!
We'll definitely be back or our next trip to Whidbey!

We enjoyed our stay in Greenbank at this lovely cottage home. Joanne was so helpful in ensuring everything went well during our visit. Beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. What a nice, quiet setting with views to the water. We highly recommend this for two couples traveling together.

This modernized cottage property has been thoughtfully refreshed and updated. It sits in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a lovely “peekaboo” ocean view from the front deck. We had a wonderful time with lots of laughter and good conversations around the cozy fire pit.

We enjoyed our visit at this cute home!
Responsive owner. Owner gave us some suggestions of good restaurants. Home was VERY clean. Beautiful rhododendrons in the backyard but the yard needed to be mowed and there were many weeds in the garden area. The front porch had a nice sitting area with a propane fireplace. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife, my adult son and myself visited relatives in Greenbank and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Views of the sound, and on two occasions of Mt. Rainier, were special. The beds were extremely comfortable, the showers were great. Fireplaces inside and out were easy to use and added to the warmth of the house on a daily basis. Contact with our host was welcomed and convenient. Weather did not permit the use of the backyard. Great time!

This house was completely remodeled and is perfection! Looks and smells brand new with great location in Greenbank. Our family needed extra housing for our family reunion and they thought this house was perfect. The management company is so professional and treats you like they are your personal concierge. Excellent communication throughout the entire stay. I highly recommend this property.

The house is just as pictured, and even better in person. Details like the gorgeous drawer/cabinet pulls in the kitchen show the care they took with design. The kitchen was very well equipped, and beds were comfy. The location between Coupeville and Langley is delightful!

Lovely Clean Home
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was amazingly clean and updated in a great use of space. We did not use the outdoor space as we were there in January but they look amazing to use in warmer weather. We would stay here again. Perfect for 4 people.

The house was very comfortable and clean. The only problem was that there is only one way to make coffee. We brought ground dark roast coffee from home assuming a regular coffee maker.
The house only had a coffee maker that uses pods and all they had was light roast. The coffee was too weak.

The house was beautiful. Very comfortable, very private. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and entertaining. Appliances and fixtures were high level.
The only thing is if you are a coffee aficionado, you may want to bring your own coffee maker.. the Keurig didn't work for me and I'm not fond of Keurig coffee. It's just about a 20 minute drive to town to get an espresso.
The home was immaculate. Plenty of parks and beaches close by.
