This is a new home in a great quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and the owner had snacks in tbt kitchen and bottled water in the fridge. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back when traveling through Kingman again.

We enjoyed our brief stay, wish our trip would have allowed an extra night in Kingman! The home is great: 3 spacious bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/family room. It was perfect for 2 adults and 3 teen boys.

It was a great house to stay in to go to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and Las Vegas within 2 to 3 hours of everything. Enjoyed the stay and house.

We stayed at Mohave Home on our last night of a two week trip exploring the Southwest. It was in a quiet neighborhood and we had a great night sleep, which we needed, before going back to CA. I had several communications with the host. He always answered promptly, told me what I needed to know, and was very courteous. We recommend staying here if you are in Kingman, AZ.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was a perfect location between Vegas and Grand Canyon. We were originally going to stay in Williams, AZ to be closer to the South Rim, but we changed our minds and chose Kingman to be closer to Vegas at the end of our trip. This was the perfect move, and we found this 3-bedroom house to be much more affordable than the one we saw in Williams. So super clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Good washer and dryer. Great master bedroom! We wised the 3rd bedroom had a queen bed instead of a twin, but it still worked for us! And Juan is an amazing host with great communication. He responds quickly to anything you need.

Great place to stay on our Route 66 trip. Had yummy snacks for guest. That was nice. Able to do laundry with detergent provided by host. Comfortable furniture. All around wonderful place to stay.

Very clean property. Enjoyed our stay. We had 6 adults. 3rd bedroom has trundle bed with thin mattress, so best for kids. Other beds were comfortable. Juan communicated well. Glad we stayed there.

I can’t say enough about Juan and the property. The location is perfect for those wanting to adventure to the Grand Canyon. It is clean, comfortable and close to plenty of amenities. Juan was very accommodating and responsive during our weekend stay and provided us plenty of guidance on places to eat and things to do. The added guest basket was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a get away.

Arrived after a long hot day of driving to a clean, cool, comfortably furnished home . Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with beautiful kitchen and tall tiled shower in master bath. Our most comfortable night of sleep on our trip ! We did not do any cooking but home is set up with new appliances and granite counters, dishes pans etc as needed . Comfortable couch in living room would seat 5 people easily. AC and ceiling fans were on when we arrived. A basket of snacks on counter, bottled water in fridge.We were happy to have ice maker too. Observed a large selection of board games that looked fun for families. I did not look at back yard . Host sent code for door and we were able to go right in. Host is very nice and accessible by email. This would be a comfortable stay if you are in Kingman vacationing/visiting . Would like to return and explore the area.
