have been booking the same house for a few years now and always have a great time, location is close to bars and restaurants and has enough room in the canal to leave the boat tied up with close access to jupiter inlet!

We were looking for something close to us with a pool for a staycation of sorts. Nice property with pool and deck, nice sandy beach like landscaped area out back. Everything was really nice and clean but just have a nitpick here, we were a bit disappointed with the state of the pool. It seemed the pump jets weren’t circulating the water correctly, which led to the water being a bit still and some small floating debris. It wasnt unusable but we preferred the spa since that water was cleaner and moving. The state of pool itself had lots of wear spots in the concrete coating, not sure what that’s called, it wasn’t so bad and we did spend a lot of time in the pool and enjoyed it.

Great stay for a family for a baseball tournament. We enjoyed it very much very close to everything.

The house and location of this property were terrific. The house was clean, spacious, and kitchen was well stocked. We loved the location and watched dolphins jumping the water throughout our stay. Short easy walk to the beach, close to lots of restaurants, shops, etc. The pool was the perfect temp and was cleaned regularly, and the deck was the perfect place to watch sunsets each evening.

We have left.
Issues we encountered:
-Sewage smell
-Open septic tank
-Toilets struggled to flush and bubbled
-Hot water only in washing machine
-Stand up fan not working in back left bedroom
-Dock lights not working
-Pool light not working
-Owners boat in way and couldn’t use ladder to get in and out
-lots of broken screen in the pool area
Otherwise the house was clean and neat.

Great location - 10 minute drive to the beach. Pool table and dart board were great for teenagers to pass the time when raining. Fabulous dock was perfect for fishing every day. Nice pool. Kitchen had everything we needed.
Management company was very responsive to requests. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a fantastic stay at this house. Everything was clean and exactly as pictured. We loved the sandy fire pit area each night. The teens loved having the darts and pool table. Highly recommend!

The owners are quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood is generally quiet from neighbors and an easy drive to beaches and shopping. There is some construction traffic and noise from construction trucks at the end of the street. This property was disappointing because of the poor conditions relating to maintenance issues and general cleanliness of the carpeting, bbq grill and pool furniture. I contacted the property owner to alert them of the poor condition of the carpet and safety issues they should be aware of. However, this was on our first day and I hadn’t even begun to to see the other safety issues of the property. On the first day a septic cleaning truck arrived , asking if we had problems. Because we had arrived late the evening prior we hadn’t known about any problems, yet. There is a very unsafe, disgusting septic hole in the side yard about 3’ x 2’ x at least 3 ft deep . This hole is not covered or roped off . Very serious safety issue. The owner’s suite bathroom toilet is difficult to flush. The pool screen structure pole is hanging down loose from the ceiling. The bbq grill is very dirty. We cleaned it best we could in order to use it. The grates were so clogged the flame kept going out. The chairs and tables around the pool were dirty and had mildew on the backs of the chairs. There is a pile of mildew items on the pool deck(not sure of what they even were).
The carpet is in very poor condition. There is large stains through out(I sent photos of some to show the owners) and the edge of the carpet had carpet tacks sticking through. Throughout the week we all could be heard yelping from a foot piercing (including my two young grandsons). The interior step is splintered on the edge which is a safety issue as well.
The bedroom tv’s are poorly wall mounted , leaning towards the floor. The small bedroom has no closet (locked off) and no lamps or bedside table. You literally have to climb into bed from the bottom in the dark. . There are only 3 dinner forks and 3 salad forks. Not realizing, the first night, we ate dinner in shifts. We had to buy disposable.
I also specifically ask about beach umbrellas & chairs and baby equipment. The owner said there was a pack n play and umbrella/4chairs. No umbrella and no pack n play. Beach chairs were in poor shape. Which luckily we had already decided to rent a crib.
This could be a nice place with some maintenance ,but for the price per week, it’s a terrible value and accommodation.

Wonderful property very close to PGA National and many other fun area attractions and destinations.

Our family enjoyed 3 nights and 4 beautiful days in Jupiter. The property was a little more dated than what it appeared in the pictures. Lots of single steps up and down which made navigateing a little difficult for a couple of our older guests. We would have appreciated more window treatments for privacy after dark. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great location for us in West Palm. The ability to keep a boat on the dock, be close to the boat ramp, and a short trip to several inlets was amazing. The house was perfect for our larger group with plenty of parking. We had a great trip and are already looking at a time to come visit again.

This trip was plagued with toilet/plumbing/septic issues that flooded a bathroom and one of the bedrooms, couldn’t use a bedroom or bathroom for 3 days. Very inconvenient as 5 people had to share one bathroom for 3 days, not what we signed up for when paying top dollar for rental!! (Septic company worker actually told us he’s there every 2 weeks). The property manager said they would give us a 2 night credit for our stay, but they actually only issued a 1 night credit!! House also needs some updates (back door doesn’t lock, carpet is very dirty with lots of stains everywhere, Billiard sticks are missing the tips). We can overlook a lot of the cosmetic stuff but the plumbing & septic issues were bad. Don’t stay here, you will be disappointed.

This property is conveniently located in Juno Beach near shopping and restaurants. Having our boat tied at our back door was a huge plus. The kids enjoyed the pool and the pool table. There was a lot of space inside and outside for our family of 10. We will definitely be back!

Great structure!
We had a lot of fun with 6 friends from Canada while playing a Tennis tournament. The home have a very nice setup by the water and all was clean and maintained. Great communication with the property owners.
Not much to do on a walking distance, you'll need a car for everything.
