Summary:
This truly is a Hidden Gem in the heart of Islamorada. Nestled in the trees just a few steps from one of the most amazing sunsets in the upper Keys. Walking distance to all the wonderful shops, restaurants and breweries that Islamorada has to offer. Bikes and Kayaks can be rented steps away from the front door of this unit. Want to find a place that you'll want to return year after year? Look no further!
The Space:
This rental is two separate units, one upstairs and one downstairs, with separate access to each. There is no interior access between the two units. Great for large groups and families!
This unique property was originally built as motel in the 1950's. We have taken it upon ourselves to give it a facelift! New split AC units in every room! Cool down when you get inside from that Florida heat! Brrrrr
The upstairs is a 2 bedroom/2 bath with a full kitchen. Both bedrooms have King beds.
The downstairs is a 2 bedroom/2 bath with a full kitchen. There is a Queen bed in the master and a King bed in the guest bedroom.
There are no dressers or closets in the units. We provide luggage racks, and places to hang clothing.
You will have a private courtyard with a grill, seating, and laundry.
This unit is part of a very quiet and private wooded property that spans over the bay of the Florida Keys. This unit does has a courtyard view NOT a bay/ocean view. All staying guests have complete access to all the property has to offer. Its a two minute walk to the boat basin and the most incredible sunsets.
MARINA/BOAT BASIN INFORMATION:
- With the whole duplex rental you are allowed two 24’ vessels MAX WITH ENGINE to keep in the boat basin. The basin is too small to accommodate larger boats even when both units are rented.
- BOATS EXCEEDING LENGTH OF 24' WILL BE MOVED OR SUBJECT REMOVAL AT OWNERS EXPENSE. BOATS MAY BE MOVED TO ACCOMMODATE OTHER BOATS.
- Holiday House Mariana waiver must be signed before boat can be on premise.
- Boat ramp is for max 20' vessels.
- You will have also have access to parking trailer on property for no addition fee.
- NO JETSKIS

The property is accessed via self check in with a key pad.

Located at Mile Market 82.5 in the heart of Islamorada this unit is central to many shops, restaurants, and bars! Its right across the street from several shops, walking distance to several restaurants, and the famous Islamorada Beer Company!
We provide a detailed GUESTBOOK with many great recommendations for food, drinks, and activities!!
Other Things to Note:
● This is two separate units, they are not connected inside
● Maximum 8 guests
● Four vehicle maximum
● Units have a courtyard view NOT an ocean view
Cancellation Policy
● 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
● 50% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
● No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
We strongly recommend purchasing a separate travel protection policy to cover any refund requests outside the above cancellation rules.

The property is amazing, excellent renovation, the condos are so nice, clean, new, very comfortable. Very unique and quaint property. We would definitely return.

This is a great location to all the marinas for fishing. Beautiful sunsets right from your back yard. Great place for a small boat and/or kayaks. Look forward to booking here again.

The property was PERFECT in every way! Actually all was better than what we expected. The grounds were just beautiful and a great location. Walking distance to plenty of stuff and a little strip of Atlantic beach less than a 5 minute walk away. Sean was always very responsive and accommodating. The “retro” groove was so cute with all modern conveniences! If I could give it 10 stars I would.

The property was exactly the hidden gem that it was described to be. Sean was often in touch to make sure everything was great. The detail regarding restaurants and activities was extremely helpful.

Great place, serene and tranquill on the Gulf side with magnificent sunsets, great guests in other units and a property manager that kept us well informed and eager to assist if needed. You'd never know that US 1 was there but it was very convenient and walkable to a good number of bars and restaurants

We went to Islamorada to go scuba diving. All the dive shops we had booked were within a few minutes. The outside patio was perfect for eating al fresco and sitting around talking. The host was attentive and quick to answer questions. I would definitely recommend staying here. And if I ever come back to the Keys , I would stay here again.
