Welcome to your private and secluded equestrian-themed home in Ocala, Florida! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is designed to provide you with cozy charm and equestrian-inspired decor, making your stay truly exceptional.

For Equestrian Enthusiasts, the World Equestrian Center (WEC) is a mere 10-minute drive away, while the Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training (FAST) center is just 6-minutes down the road. Downtown Ocala is a short 12-minute drive.

Please note that the home's pool is an oval-shaped dipping pool, 12 feet in length and 4 feet deep. It is solar-heated, so swimming is likely not possible from December to March. However, the soothing waterfall feature operates continuously throughout the year from 8 AM to 8 PM.

KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. Should you require something we don't currently have, please inform us before your arrival, and we will do our best to have it there upon your arrival. This proactive approach has enabled us to provide items like the Belgian Waffle Maker, the Slow Cooker, and the Hand Mixer!

We offer complimentary amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, hangers, towels, linens, a portable crib with linens, laundry pods, dryer sheets, dish soap, and more.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
Home has step-free access, however, there is a step from the living are to the sitting area that goes to the pool.
Pets are allowed (2 max) with prior approval and completed pet addendum and fee (to be completed and paid pre-trip)
Early access available at no charge after 1PM if the home is ready. Earlier access for a small fee if before 1PM**
Late departure is available until 12PM without charge. Later checkout available for a small fee if after 12PM.**

**These options are available so long as the home is ready, and the calendar allows the request.

The location for us was fantastic very close to Ocala family and friends.The overall property is very nice the pool makes this a very good stay. Highly recommend this property if your I. We had booked this property, specifically looking for a heated pool for the kids, since we wouldn't be close to the beach this time. The pool was a bit chilly for us (solar heated but the kids didn't care and if you're not from Florida don't expect private pools to be heated 80+ degrees that costs big $$ down here!) but we expected it to be chilly due to the cool nights/mornings and it rained a good bit the first night/day- no fault of the host by any means and it was clean!! The house is very spacious and has a well equipped kitchen if you're plan to stay in and cook! The grill is in good working order. I wasn't sold entirely on the beds and the master bed could use a new mattress in the near future. The twin beds were decorated in a cute Snoopy theme but the metal frames will need replaced or maybe tightened up- especially if adults plan to sleep on them. The front bedroom was also a king and comfortable. There are a lot of extra pillows if needed in the closets!! The neighborhood is quiet and traffic is slow enough to ride bikes, run or take walks. Communication was great with our host as we had some questions and received quick answers and results! The house is clean and has a "lived in feel" that gives off cozy vibes! We enjoyed movie nights on the couch with all the extra fuzzy blankets. There is shampoo, conditioner and body wash for the bathrooms and appreciated the plethora of towels and the make-up towels! There are extra pool towels to use and bring your own dive

We stayed two nights to show at WEC. It was SO CLOSE and made it easy to get to and from the show. The house was clean, comfortable and had great amenities. My son was upset it was too cold to use the pool. The property manager responded to us very quickly when we had a question. It was perfect for what we needed. It was in a very nice quiet neighborhood.

We highly enjoyed our stay at Tori's property. She was very responsive to questions prior to booking which helped us to make a good decision on where was the best place for us to stay. She also was very helpful in returning some valuables I left behind me. We enjoyed the Lanai and other amenities. Wi-fi worked great which sometimes can be an issue if you need to work on your vaca..lol. Kitchen appliances all seemed very new. Bedrooms very nice size with plenty of space for clothes and such. All around very clean home and property. Very nice neighborhood. 5-10 minutes to WEC.

We came into town to visit family for Christmas and host a family dinner. The house was perfect and our stay was very enjoyable. Spacious, clean and most important Tori was a great manager. This was our first VRBO experience, having always done a condo exchange in the Orlando area previously. This property was just perfect for us, spacious, clean & comfortable. The generator was an appreciated bonus as we did lose power during a thunderstorm. Booking and checkin very smooth, communication with the host was timely and very pleasant. Overall just a great experience! We will be back, and hope to make this our home base when visiting our son’s family in Ocala.

What a fantastic venue. We came for a swim meet at the fast aquatic pool which was a few miles from the house. Very convenient and quiet. The home is very large beautiful grounds and lovely neighborhood. They have thought of everything and more. Extremely comfortable and fully stocked kitchen with spices pots blenders you name it. The pool area was also very enjoyable in the late afternoon. The kids enjoyed the warm pool and the bicycles were a nice surprise. Would highly recommend.

We decided to meet up with family in Ocala for a long over-due reunion and we are so glad we did. The location of this house is perfect. It’s close to so many attractions - there is something for everyone from tubing on the Rainbow River, swimming in Head Springs, riding a glass bottom boat, and checking out the Don Garlits Museum of Drag Racing. We loved the layout of the house and the pool size was just right for us. We did have a situation that came up during our stay but Tori took care of everything.

This house was perfect for our stay in Ocala! It's extremely clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. There was a lot of attention to detail that made our stay awesome. Little things like leaving extra toilet paper, paper towel, dishwashing soap, etc make things so much more relaxed when you first arrive. The location is about 10 - 12 minutes from WEC and the neighborhood feels super safe. The pool was a great bonus and we loved sitting outside in the lanai. Would stay here again for sure!

We stayed in this house for 10 days while competing at WEC. Easy 12 min drive to WEC. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. House was clean, kitchen well stocked with appliances, pots/pans, and basics like spices. Host provided all necessary consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry & dish detergent, shampoo etc). Everything worked well. Host was super quick to respond to inquiries and questions. Did not get to take advantage of the pool as the weather was too cold.

This home Provided the space we needed to prepare for our wedding, relax, and enjoy this special time without the uptight hassle of a hotel. We couldn't have found a better house and location for a 9 day horse show at WEC. The drive to WEC was easy and lots of options close and convenient for restaurants and groceries! My husband and I stayed with our friends and their 8 yo. The house had everything we needed with kitchen items, nice towels, comfortable beds and plenty of space. The pool was great and, with it being in a lanai, was able to be enjoyed anytime.....very relaxing at night after long days at the show! Tori was awesome to work with and very responsive and helpful!!
