About this house rental
The downstairs master features a king bed with french doors that open to the back porch overlooking the pool. There is a TV in the bedroom, a large walk in closet, and a very large master bathroom. Walk along the heated marble floors to two separate vanities, glass shower, and claw foot tub. Soak up and relax in the clawfoot tub under a beautiful crystal chandelier. This ground floor master suite is easily accessible for anyone with trouble getting around.
Upstairs there is another master suite with a queen size bed facing the backside of the house. The bathroom is also updated with marble tile and has a seperate shower and garden tub. The Garden Tub sits below a crystal chandelier and overlooks the private backyard setting of the cow field and private pool. (Best View of house)
Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms with a shared hall bathroom. One bedroom includes a full size bed and the other room a set of bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
Enjoy a little office work in a private office off the main floor with a half bathroom off of it.
Dinners can be served in the formal dining room which sits 6. Or in the kitchen at the bar.
The kitchen has new marble tile and granite counters. The ceramic farm house sink faces out back to the pool and farm. The gas stove has a convenient pot fill for enjoyable cooking as well as a double oven and separate microwave. All stainless steel appliances. And on those hot summer days, fill up your cup with as much ice as you can with a cabinet drop down ice maker. The seperate refrigerator and freezer has it's own ice and water dispenser.
The living room features a exercies equipment for the active ones! A commercial grade elliptical and rowing machine as long as some light free weights. If you aren't feeling the exercise, cozy up on the couch in front of the fireplace and TV hung above.
Off the kitchen and main living room, read a book or watch the kids splashing in the pool in the sun room.
There is a garage but it is left locked.
The house has access to 23 acres of walking/wooded trails available starting from the back yard which will lead you all the way to a private place on the Coosa River.
