Our stay was perfect - from booking to check out. Our host thought of everything and connected with us every step of the way! This was the perfect home for our family visit to Albuquerque- for graduation. Check in was easy. Tips for local shopping were so helpful. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked so we could make dinner a couple nights. We loved the Nespresso..what a treat! Thank you for a great trip.

This house was perfect for our trip to watch college baseball at UNM. Sun room was ideal for remote work. We grilled several nights and even fed the local roadrunner! Kris was a gracious host and the home had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

From the minute we walked into this little house we felt at home. It was nicely stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the little roadrunner that visited us when we arrived, and then again on our departure. He was so cute and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Cheers

The house was perfectly clean and is well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable; there’s a coffee place on nearby Lomas and in the other direction Central Avenue has eating places and shops. The host is friendly and accommodating. All make for a convenient and pleasant stay. Also, we enjoyed the resident roadrunner!

We have stayed at numerous VRBO's, and this one is definitely our favorite. It is comfortable, cozy and immaculate. The home was thoughtfully well stocked with bathroom and kitchen items. We spent a good deal of time sitting on the back patio, including eating our meals out there. The neighborhood was really nice and very accessible to I40. Loved this place and plan to book again!

My family (myself, husband, 2 teen sons, and my mother) stayed here for a few days as we made our way to the Grand Canyon. Kris was an amazing communicator, giving us details about the house and a heads up about potential inconveniences, which ended up being incredibly minor. The living space was cozy and the bedrooms were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for showers for the 5 of us...even with one teen that takes a "quick" shower. ; ) We didn't cook in the kitchen as we were out exploring most of the time, but the coffee maker was put to good use! It was a great house to come home to at the end of our days out adventuring. If we ever make it back to Albuquerque, we know where to stay!

We came into town for.a track meet. The location of the hoise was perfect for where we need to be, and close to Old Town. The neighborhood was safe and quite. One of the many highlights of the trip was finding road runners that hang out in the neighborhood. House was very clean, and host was super responsive.

This house was perfect! My fiancé and I stayed for a few days to visit ABQ ahead of a wedding in CO. It was absolutely the perfect location with great work spaces, so we could work remotely. I definitely hope to stay here again on my next trip to the area!

My family and I met up for a quick vacation at this property. The house was super clean and very cute. Kris was very easy to work with and very accommodating. She provided many special touches that we did not expect. If we ever stay in Albuquerque again, we will definitely get in touch with Kris. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in Albuquerque.

Can really feel the love Kris has put into this home. So many amenities, including comfy bed, soft linens and kitchen gadgets of every kind. The decor is southwest in a tasteful way. Friendly neighborhood, quiet yet walkable to Nob Hill business area . The backyard is a peaceful place to relax.

Truly the land of enchantment enjoyed in a house that more than met our needs. The location was peaceful yet easily accessible to main routes. Had numerous conversations with our host to share the many things that delighted me about the property. Among the most exciting thing was the roadrunners who stopped in regularly! We hope to return soon.

The property is within walking distance of the fun Nob Hill shops and restaurants. But the neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The place was well appointed and really comfortable. The eclectic artwork made it extra special. Will definitely look at staying here again next time I'm in town!

Centrally located for alot of sight seeing. Nob Hill area has some great breweries and restaurants. ABQ has a great brewery scene. Recommend the tram for view from the top.

Our stay at Kris's place was great. It's in a nice, safe residential area. It's so comfortable and the house has been updated. There's everything you would need if you forgot something! The artwork is wonderful. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, cozy home just a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Nob Hill. Comfortable beds, living room, and great kitchen and dining area. Nice covered patio to relax in the evening and a grill to cook up a delicious dinner.

This home is a gem, spotless, beautifully renovated, updated kitchen (very well stocked) & bathroom (great water pressure) unique artwork, comfortable beds (for those with back issues), quiet neighborhood, yet close to groceries & restaurants. Kris has put a tremendous amount of thoughtful effort to make this spot a welcoming place to stay. We’ve stayed in many places and this is by far the best!

We loved our stay here and only wish we had planned a longer one! Definitely one of the most outstanding hosts we’ve had the pleasure to encounter - attention has been given to every detail that makes a great guest experience, from ample Nespresso pods to power strips and chargers just where you need them and delicious cookies. December weather was chilly, but we were warm and comfy. Communication and checkin is a breeze. Nob Hill neighborhood is an excellent base - the home is on a quiet street but a short walk to lots of restaurants.

We stayed in this property for three days on a mini vacation with our son, who is 15. We love the property, very easy to find, very clean, very easy to communicate with owner, she’s an excellent host. We communicated over texts in the VRBO app. She answered quick and informative. The check-in was very easy as well, we got the code for the lock box before we arrived. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again next time we’re coming to Albuquerque!

Our family of 5 was traveling back to TX from CO and we decided to spend a few days in Albuquerque, NM. Initially we were just going to stay in a hotel, but we found this gem of a house in Nob Hill. House - exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated with art throughout. The floor plan was perfect for our family and it is kid friendly (traveling with ages 6, 9, and 12). Even though the weather was warm, the swamp cooler kept the house cool. The fridge was well stocked with drinks, the washer/dryer convenient, and we loved the Nespresso machine. Also, the bioBidet was a huge hit. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed evenings on the back patio and mornings on the front porch. Location - beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of friendly folks walking outdoors. There is even a Little Free Library across the street! The house is convenient to highways and there are some great restaurants within walking distance. We ate at El Cotorro - Taqueria and Heladeria (craft tacos and ice creams) as well as Tia B's La Waffleria and they were both delicious. Host - Kris was amazing and always quick to respond to questions. We unfortunately left some important items behind upon check-out, and Kris went the extra mile and had them delivered to our home in TX. Now that is first class service! I have stayed in several VRBO properties and I have to same this home is a favorite. It honestly felt like we were staying at a friend's or relative's house. Everything was welcoming and perfect. Thank you Kris for hosting our family!

The home and Kristin were great. Owner's hospitality and response was quick and insightful. We came from Texas on our way to Colorado. Highlights Included I Scream for Ice Cream and Frontier restaurant- both family friendly. Just FYI swamp coolers are very common in Albuquerque. It may be warm in summer but nights cool down.
