Welcome to "Evergreen Overlook" where you will enjoy your days on a spacious, covered deck overlooking a gorgeous wooded lot. Recharge in this peaceful setting in the tall Ponderosa pines. Located in the White Mountain Vacation Village. See the towering pines sway from every room. The numerous windows bring the outdoors in! Enjoy a new queen bed and lots of storage in the primary suite. 2nd bedroom has private entry and a double bed and twin bed! Plus, your own small TV. The Living Space has 2 leather recliners, a large flat screen with Dish network and sliding glass doors. Fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator and new table. The spacious covered deck has a small electric grill and plenty of room for entertaining. Free wireless internet. Explore and play in the owner's adjacent wooded lot with a firepit. . Friendly neighbors with tips on hiking trails and fishing hotspots. Have fun in the community clubhouse with flat screen TVs, a pool table, internet and horseshoes. On site laundromat. Coffee pot had evidently not been turned off and the bottom of the pot was burned black. Unable to get it completely clean. AND it didn’t work well at all. So there was NO coffee either morning. I don’t believe the sheets on the queen bed we used were fresh sheets. They were also paper thin. Likewise, the towels in bath were really old with only one washcloth supplied. The deck outside was wonderful ! However, would not stay here again.

Overall it is a cute place to stay. Tucked in a wooded 55+ community. Place was clean enough. And for price it was fine. Should be noted that second bedroom with two beds in it does not have a door on it that separates living space and room. It does have two doors to outside though. Only two bath towels, one washcloth and one hand towel were provided. Not enough for an our family of 4. Coffee maker took 55 minutes to brew one pot of coffee. Host left a lot of notes around to assist with stay and expectations which was great. But should be noted that they require you to take the trash to dumpster (which is fine) but didn’t include that you need the club house key card to get close to dumpsters. Best part was patio deck.

Our stay never happened. Place had not been cleaned when we arrived. According to owners, VRBO never notified them of our confirmed reservation. Since they didn't know we were coming, place had not been cleaned, with dirty linens and towels about the place. We could not stay there as it was and had to book a motel. Owner refunded our money, but this ended up canceling our trip that we drove 6 hours to get to. Booked travel insurance so will attempt to recover the cost of the hotel, but don't have high hopes and am extremely irritated that I have to spend time on this. Very disappointed in VRBO.

Registration was a bit whacky. But once we got that taken care of. All ran smoothly. The place is hidden in a private club, with added amenities. Otherwise quite serendipitous. Cool fresh mountain air. Quaint, cozy, prime location. I'll most definitely plan a repeat...

The cabin was amazing. Very quiet and very very clean! The deck and over look is so relaxing and beautiful. Everything we need was right there. Close to the town but feels out in the woods. We plan to stay again often as we come out to work on our property.

Everything was perfect! This clean, cozy, quiet cabin with beautiful scenery was the perfect getaway for my little family. Everything we needed was there and we were 5 minutes away from shopping and great restaurants. Cant wait to come again!

I stayed with my daughter for two nights on a weekend. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the cabin was in a nice little neighborhood surrounded by trees. We enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Very nice vacation park where this cabin was located. Cabin was awesome and clean. Cabin has everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. Only draw back was having enough hot water for two showers. There is a sign telling about the small water heater. We took one average shower and waited for an hour and still didn't have enough hot water for the second. Loved our stay though!

The home is perfect for two persons, has a cosy athmosphere and a well-equipped kitchen. The greatest attraction for us was the large porch/deck where we would sit, read, eat for hours and enjoy the ponderosa pines around us.

A dangerous step between the 1st add on bedroom to the main mobile home convert. Caused much foot pain. Only two chairs for three people. Had to use the mini park table with benches to sit on, Terrible. This is in a retirement community. A street in front with cars,trucks,golf carts.etc. Construction going on a block away noisey,sirens in the air.

This was the second year we stayed in this property. Always a pleasure, but this trip seemed like the unit had not been cleaned as well as before. Coffee maker lid is broken, still dishes in the dishwasher, patio table and area was really dirty.

Cute little cabin! Fully stocked kitchen, towels, and some toiletries. The access to the clubhouse with laundry facilities and a place to gather is nice- though we didn’t use it. Please note check out is a bit early, at 10 am so plan accordingly. Internet was spotty due to the location, but we were told a new Verizon tower is in the works! Will definitely consider a re-visit!

This must be one of the best locations in the White Mountain Vacation Village. The deck faces a stand of pine trees providing privacy and many peaceful evenings on the deck. The cabin is a light, bright and immaculate park model with an added bedroom. We enjoyed the wooded area at the end of the street for early morning hikes on the groomed trails. Located near restaurants and shopping, we had the best of both worlds.

The property is an older Park Model, but it was clean and very comfortable. The location was great for exploring the Show Low area.

It was older than we expected but we lacked for nothing. Only complaint was Heating/Air. NO heat just cold air. The attempt at a fancy new thermostat was a failure. Aside from NO heat instructions were not adequate. Appeared to be a touch screen which we're all familiar with but no you had to touch the outside ring around the screen. We tried and had friends try and none could make it work except to lower our increase cold air. Also would much rather see a nice complete set of plain white corning wear than the variety of overly heavy plates and bowls.

I usually stay in Pinetop when I go up to the White mountains but this place was still near by so I took a chance. This place didn't disappoint. It was a cozy and clean cabin. I would definitely stay again.

Upon arrival we get a letter at the door from the neighbor stating to keep the porch light off. Which kinda sucked cause it gets pitch dark and had to use our cell phone light to guide us. The stove had only 2 burners working, dishes had to be re washed that we used. It states it sleeps 4 but it's small. A tiny bathroom. Also the grill was dirty. Tried to reach out to Mary but never answered her phone. If your looking for a dirt cheap getaway this definitely is the place.

We loved the property. Even when we weren't out exploring the area we felt like we were still in the woods. Lots of windows to let in light and to see the views. Everything we needed was supplied and we had a quiet relaxing vacation.

The property was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Loved the neighborhood and felt very safe there. The property manager was very easy to reach and very helpful when we needed anything.

The rental was very clean and homey. Felt very comfortable. The deck is fabulous looking out onto trees. You have neighbors but still feel secluded. Will definitely stay again!. The only thing I would suggest is to bring your own pillows. The ones there are very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that I highly recommend this place.
