SPLASH is one of the premier condominiums that PCB has to offer. There is something for everyone - water park with slides, tiny tot area, interactive water toys, lazy river, adult pool, hot tub, dive-in family movie, beach side bar & grill, game room, BBQ grill area, and, of course, the white pristine sandy beaches of Panama City Beach.

Don't pack yet - let me tell you about our accommodations.

You will be staying in our spacious 1500+ sq ft Windsong unit which has 2 master bedrooms with king size beds, 3 single bunks located in an alcove, and a queen size sofa sleeper. Walk out to the balcony from the living room or either bedroom and experience the breathtaking sunsets and gorgeous ocean view. Prepare fresh seafood from the local market in the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. There is plenty of room for dining either at the kitchen bar or wooden dining table. After a day in the sun, you may want to relax in front of one of the three televisions, watch a DVD or listen to the stereo. As an added convenience, we have arranged free long distance calling and WiFi in our condo.

The apartment was nice huge space. Had all necessary dishes and everything worked. Only sliding bathroom doors had problems locking one screw was out and it was impossible to lock. But these doors are all same in every place. I gave it 4 stars for overall for one reason only. No handicap ramp its hard to pull the cart on stairs. There was even guy in wheelchair wanting to get down i wonder if they had any options for him to get to beach. Kids pool is nice, beach bar had some great food. Location is not far from pier. No restaurants or bars around or within walking distance., but everything is minutes away driving .

Condo was very clean and bigger than I expected. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. We loved the large balcony and amazing view! Host was quick to respond and checked in with us during our stay. This was our first visit at Splash and would stay here again.

We were on the beach, 16 floors up, beautiful view every morning. Close to shopping area and food!! I would definitely recommend for couples with small children. Safe environment with plenty to do!!

Our host has been fantastic through the whole process of booking and into us leaving. Communication is easy with Robin and friendly. The room was good and accommodating for our needs. The cleanliness of the property itself and hallways/elevator need attention. No staff on sight, no one to check in with. They were closed an hour before the closed date. Also had to provide our own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags as there wasn’t enough on hand. Overall it was a descent stay. None of this affected the enjoyment of being right on the gulf, corner room with awesome views.

The condo was absolutely pristine and comfortable! I loved that there were two ocean front master suites! My friend and I brought our children for spring break and it worked out perfectly that we both had equally great bedrooms! The bunks were a perfect space for our 10 year old boys! I was a little nervous about staying so high up at such a large resort but the elevators were quick and efficient no long waits for them! The pools were heated which were a plus for the colder days! The beach chairs that were included were perfect as well! I definitely recommend this property and would certainly stay here again. We loved that it was on the quieter end of PCB and that it was such a family friendly atmosphere!

Overall wonderful property! Great location by the beach and loved the large deck. Only downside was it wasn’t super clean. The trundle bed when we pulled it out was covered in crumbs from something and under the sink in both bathrooms you could tell hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Someone had missing earrings under there and lots of dirt and debris.

We come down to stay for a wedding and extended our stay thru Christmas. The condo is beautiful! Plenty of room for everyone. My dad is handicap and he had no problems getting around the condo or property. The kitchen was very well stocked. The owners made sure we could get into the property and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. We can’t wait to come back! We have stayed at Splash yearly since 2016 and I have not had a condo that I have stayed in twice. We hope to get back in this one this coming year!

Very nice condo, spacious -clean and nicely furnished -we stay in PCB a lot and these are some of the most comfortable beds. Location is nice and it’s great that the access to the beach is so close when you have toddlers it beats having to drag everything so far - parking and getting to the room isn’t as complicated as some other properties we have stayed at. Had good communication with owner and overall would recommend this condo - loved that it was on the corner as well the balcony was very spacious

We have stayed at many properties and this room is prob our fav so far. The balcony is amazing! The rooms/baths setup is great! Our almost 3 yr old did not like the actual Splash section of the property. It is extremely loud and kinda rains all the time so bring goggles if you have little ones. We would def stay here again!

The unit was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided. Loved the “unit extras” for the kids and us to enjoy! No stairs in the unit to worry about, which was important with bad knees and younger grand babies with us. The only down side of the location was that there was a storm drain just above the property that dumped black gunk in the ocean after it rained; not the property owners fault obviously, but still we had to go above the drain to enjoy the beach several days. Still it was everything we hoped it would be and will definitely be back again!

We had a great stay in this unit! 16th floor is definitely higher than we want to stay next time, but the unit itself was good. It was nice & clean and the beds were comfy, although there were dips in the middle of the mattress. We had plenty of room and beds. The kids loved the HUGE pull out couch, with room for all 5 of them (the baby stayed with us) to sleep, if they chose to. There’s also bunk beds, a trundle, and 2 king beds, though, so we weren’t lacking for beds!

The condo was great. The best part was the view of the ocean and the proximity to the beach. Having the included beach chair rental is a great deal. The kids 11, 7 and 1.5 enjoyed the pools and lazy river. The space was good for our family of 5. It was convenient to have laundry, a full kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. It was pretty clean. It’s hard to keep floors clean at the beach. Bring your own laundry detergent, dishwashing soap and toiletries. They start you out but with a family, you’ll need more. The decor could use an update but we had what we needed. We had to wait for the elevators a few times, but it was okay. I do wish the resort would enforce the no smoking and keeping music volume down on the balconies. The beach is crowded at peak times. There is a public beach access right at the resort. Check in and out was seamless. Overall, a great week at the beach!

The property was spotless! It was clean and ready when we got there. We loved the community. Super convenient to restaurants and stores. We had a wide variety of ages (3yr old - teens - a 62yr old) - everyone enjoyed all amenities. Loved that they had security on site at all times. Only con: the walk/parking in the garage. I loved the garage, but getting groceries to the room wasn’t easy. No fault of the owner, so our stay was amazing overall!!

We were lucky enough to be able to stay in this beautifully equipped condo for a month. It is a perfect place to stay both long term or short term. The layout is great for multiple people and there was more than enough room to spread out.The living room had plenty of seating, as did the bedrooms.The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were wonderful with two sinks and a fantastic shower. Plenty of linens and towels, even plenty of dish towels too. The kitchen held two cooks comfortably and had everything you could want, sharp knives, two coffee makers even a griddle. We spent hours on the huge deck. The view was spectacular and being on the corner and being able to see sunrise as well as sunset was a bonus. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel welcome. Because of the layout, the furnishings and the magnificent view, we recommend this unit highly...

The condo was perfect. In our group were 3 adults, 4 children ranging in ages of 8-14. We were very disappointed the indoor pools and slides were closed for renovations, and the arcade had been turned into a coffee spot. They were able to use the heated outdoor pools for a short time, and hunt shells on the beach. If I ever get back to the resort, I would certainly stay at this condo again if available.

We had read some mixed reviews about the building, but 1607E condo as an individual condo was well maintained and included a pack and play. The building isn’t brand new and some of the kids splash pad things definitely show wear, but the kids loved it. We were able to walk right out to the beach and they had chairs for our building. On days the water was a bit choppy or too many jellies, we took the kids to the numerous pools, water slides, and splash pad. The building had a parking garage and a sky bridge to cross the road from garage to building which was incredibly helpful traveling with children. We had a question at one point for the owner and they responded instantly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with our 4 teenagers. Enough space to move about and have a bit of separation as needed. About 2 miles from downtown PCB so the noise and people were a little less though quite a few people with 21 floors. Great beach along with a fun pool and hot tub if you are interested. Plenty of room on the beach the last week of March. Water and weather actually was really great. Would come back again!

A wonderful spot for the family. This by far has been the best we have stayed. With having two master bed rooms for two couples to enjoy the golf view. The balcony has so much space. When the weather permitted we took full advantage. Along with the amazing sunset from the balcony or beach. Seeing a group of sting rays from how high we were was outstanding. Thanks such a wonderful place.

This condo was a great place to stay for our family. It’s large and comfortable and my kids loved the water park even with the colder temps on a New Years stay. The kitchen is well-appointed. The only warning for future travelers is that one of the two elevators is broken to this tower. It caused some backups waiting to get up and down, but we were not in a hurry so it didn’t diminish our stay. But we would definitely stay here again!

It was very nice and clean we loved it so much the only thing I noticed was the baseboards haven’t been dusted in a while lol and I only noticed cuz I clean houses for a living haha but it was definitely no big deal I didn’t mind the house looked great clean and beautiful I would love to book here again next year with the family the pools were so nice lovley the kids loved it so much lol hanks so much for everything
