We had a full group of 16 people stay for the weekend. There was plenty of space for us all, and the house was very clean! I'd stay here again!

Stayed with college friends for our annual get together for bourbon and board games. The set up was perfect for our group.

We wanted to see the Cubbies play at the Great American Ballpark. Super convenient location.

We were in town for Xavier's Graduation - kids, parents, grandparents - lots of space to hang out. Parking was a challenge - the space behind the house is good for smaller cars but was a little too tight for my full size Yukon.
The owner was great to talk with. They even sent over new baking dishes/bowls for us during our stay. Very accommodating.

So much room! Very comfortable for the family and would definitely stay again.

The property was very accurate to the listing. We really appreciated the extras like the bottle of wine!

The home was exactly as advertised. Loved having bathrooms on every floor and everyone had their own bed. Seven moms visiting our sons at UC. Had all the boys to the house with plenty of space to entertain, eat, drink and party games. Easy off street parking. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.

This is the most beautiful, old home. It has very nice updates but still some of the old charm with simple decor. Lots of parking to accommodate all of our cars (4 in the back but could have gotten 5). We had more than enough space in the house for our group of 13. The location was perfect. Less than a 10 minute Uber ride to all of the places we wanted to go. It's an old neighborhood so it seems sketchy but it's not. A few more pots and pans, baking dishes and cooking utensils would of been nice but we made it work. Overall, we would definitely stay in this house again.

This property was amazing and we had such a blast.
Very close to everything near the UC campus.
Property manager was excellent. We had a medical issue while we were there and he worked with us to make our stay fantastic.
Will for sure stay here again in the future.

We booked this so that all of our bridesmaids and groomsmen would have a place to stay/get ready at. It was amazing! Large, spacious, great lighting/aesthetic, great communication with the owner. It was magical and perfect. Highly recommend booking here!!

Great location, easy to get to, safe neighborhood, very nice home. If I am back in Cincinnati, I will try to stay here.

Accommodated our family of 5 and both sets of grandparents well. Stairs a bit tricky for the older folks though. Neighborhood appears a bit suspect but ended up being fine. Driveway a bit difficult to navigate too. Overall, we enjoyed hanging out together in the spacious living room and kitchen.

This home was perfect for our large family of 15! Everyone had a bed, the downstairs space allowed us to cook and lounge comfortably. Everything was stocked perfectly with basics. The neighborhood was harmless, although it is not in an area I would say to walk around after dark, during the day it was no problem. There is also a great park just a few blocks up we took the kids to burn off some energy.
Would definitely stay again.

Great place all 7 of us had our own comfortable bed. Getting ready was easy with 3 bathrooms, close to downtown where we went to Montgomery Inn boathouse, Taft theater, Vie Vent in Fountain Square, Findlay Market and Mount Adams city view tavern. We will be back. Felt comfortable and safe.

Great living room/kitchen set up. 3rd floor perfect for our group of teens and their friends!

This was a great size house for a weekend business meeting/getaway. Plenty of room, large table, and the Television was large enough for us to see our documents. If we do this again, we will book here.

Great family and friends trip
Beautiful, spacious house. Safe neighborhood and close to many attractions.
Our only “complaints” would be there were no dishcloths and only one towel. We ran out of toilet paper and garbage bags. And we were surprised at the limited number of pots and pans.

Great BIG House & Great Location
The house was great for us. We had 11 people, 7 adults, 4 kids (3 couples, a grandma, & 4 kids). The 5 rooms & 3 showers were perfect for us. We had hot water for all every morning. The bunk bed room was great for the kids/cousins.
We had a minivan and 2 large SUVs and the parking in the back was great. It looked tight but us dads took care of the parking :)
There was plenty of seating in the living area downstairs. We didn’t cook but did order in a couple times and all had a place to sit at a table or the island. I won’t dock you for family spats but the fact the living area is the bottom floor and you can escape to your room on the 2nd or 3rd floor to get away for a little bit was very nice.
The neighborhood was great. We had a couple folks in our group that were a little leery of the neighborhood at first but the neighbors were great. Folks out walking dogs, people said hello from across the street, people waved, everyone was very friendly. Had conversations with several neighbors & they gave us suggestions on local places to eat (lots of good food nearby). Reminder: It’s a HISTORIC neighborhood with big houses & it’s pretty cool.
There’s a Kroger & Walgreens a mile away and a mall about 10 mins away across the river in Newport, KY. There’s an aquarium, movie theater, eating places, dessert places, river walk, etc here. The main thing we came to see was the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum which were short interstate drives away back into KY.
The Reds & Bengals are barely 10 mins away too. This is a great house & location for a big family or big group of friends.

Girls weekend
We had a girls weekend and the home was perfect size for us to gather together. I was worried about parking at first, but then learned that there was 4-5 spots behind the house that we could also use. This is a good alternative to staying downtown, where you don't get this size nor the convenience of free parking. It's 5 mins to DT/471/71.

Track team in Cincy.
We really enjoyed our time in Cincinnati. This home allowed for us to be very comfortable while preparing for an indoor track meet. Very clean and spacious.

UNSAFE NEIGHBORHOOD
The house itself was as described on VRBO. The neighborhood this house is located in is not a safe neighborhood. The police confirmed it is not a neighborhood you would want to walk around in during the day, let alone at night. We had an unfortunate event take place when someone from our party left the house. I believe this property owner needs to disclose the neighborhood surrounding this beautiful house. As stated, the inside of the home is as described. It is roomy, historical, and a beautiful home but the location and surrounding area needs to be disclosed for the safety of the renters.
