I believe anyone looking for a great rental in AZ would not be remotely disappointed. Here’s what I’d like to share. The house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious and has every possible amenity. I planned a lot of meals and the kitchen had everything I needed including great knives which is always a plus. The TVs were super inside and outside. It was unbelievably hot during our stay with temps hovering around 115 but besides the lovely pool, there were misters outside which were wonderful. There is also that beautiful electric grand piano which provided some great fun and the decor is simply beautiful. So many gorgeous pieces of artwork, again , inside and out. The living room furniture reclines and / or swivels and rocks and the beds are very comfy. Soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc were all provided which is another bonus. As you can tell, we were impressed to say the least. Shannon was terrific and thought of everything to provide a true vacation. I have rented many places but this was truly 5 star. Absolutely recommend!!

This property has it all. The outdoor area is phenomenal - you feel like you are at a resort. The kitchen, which is huge, was very well stocked and we were able to prepare Thanksgiving without any problem. There is no lack of clean towels, pool or otherwise. And clean cozy blankets abound. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful on the inside and outside. This was the best VRBO we have stayed at. Exceeded our expectations! Very clean and many upscale amenities. Ample space to spread out. We spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful backyard space….heated pool, hot tub, and comfortable patio space. Great location too. Great communication with Shannon before and during our stay. This house has it all! We were looking for an escape from the cold MN winter. Our 3 kids each had their own bedroom/space. The pool and out door space was beautiful. The owners provide all of the essentials and then some! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware and even baggies! There were plenty of pool towels as well. The location of the property was very convenient as well. We took daily adventure to camel back, white mountain, Popago, Glendale etc. We would love to stay at this property again!!

This is such an amazing property, my colleagues and I are all trying to think about how we can come back with spouses next time. Russell and Shannon were amazing hosts and they clearly thought of EVERYTHING! Quiet setting with a dream Arizona backyard that included fruit trees, mature cactus, sitting areas, and native birds chirping nearby. The seating areas were extremely comfortable inside and out and the bedrooms very well appointed and perfect for 4 singles or even 4 couples. The pool was perfectly heated and the waterfall allowed us to "escape" our daily grind for just a little while. The hot tub, although we didn't use it, was another wonderful feature. This is a MUST SEE Property.

Beautiful property to relax and make memories with the family! The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and incredibly well stocked - we were all impressed! Very convenient for us to enjoy local stores and restaurants. A few in our group also played a couple rounds of golf at the nearby course. The pool, hot tub and waterfall were a hit in the nicely landscaped backyard! Thank you Shannon and Russell for sharing your beautiful home.

While the weather wasn’t quite what we had hoped for while we were here 😊, our stay here was absolutely perfect! Shannon was quick to respond to every question I had, the house was extremely clean and well-stocked! We all enjoyed this home and would definitely come back.

The house is absolutely beautiful. So clean and everything is right there if you need it. We stayed with 2 other couples and were amazed that we never got in each other’s way. We didn’t even hear them when they used the hot tub until 3 in the morning! I would highly recommend this house to anyone. I would love to take the family out for thanksgiving some year!

This home has it all. The layout is large and open. Huge kitchen that was fully equipped. Plenty of seating for our large family and the outdoor space was beyond awesome! Location was perfect so much nearby. We will rent here again!

The house was a very comforting place to stay, very well stocked with all the essentials and many unexpected extras, the owners were very accommodating from start to end. Our group was all pleasantly surprised and would stay there again in a heartbeat! Loved our stay!

This large home was enjoyable. There were many quality furnishings and amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of cooking vessels and featured a gas stove. The pool was large enough for floating around and ideal for afternoon lounging with umbrellas for shade. Spacious kitchen with open floor plan. Daily use of BBQ gas grill for dinner while enjoying the sunsets. Enjoyed local hiking trails at the regional parks near the home.

This was our second stay at this beautiful house because our first visit in the spring was so enjoyable we wanted to come back again for summer. The house is spacious with wonderful decorations and thoughtful conveniences throughout. We spent a lot of time in the backyard lounging in the pool which has a lovely waterfall. The patio is covered with ceiling fans, super comfortable furniture, and a television so our whole family of 5 could relax outside. The hot tub was great for summer night time enjoyment. Inside, the family room is also spacious with plenty of comfortable furniture for a family or lots of friends to relax. This home is definitely going to be our destination whenever we want to travel to Arizona again for vacation.

Fantastic stay in Goodyear

Our family stayed five very enjoyable nights at this lovely, clean and quiet property. The amenities are plentiful—better than most vacation properties we have rented. The outdoor living area is great, providing comfortable seating options shaded or in the sun. The pool is kept at a reasonable temperature and we also enjoyed use of the hot tub at night. Shannon provides clear instruction from time of booking and is responsive to all inquiries. If we are to travel to the Phoenix area again will certainly book this property!

My 3 sisters, one with developmental disabilities and my 80 year old uncle, also with developmental disabilities had a great time at the beautiful home. Being on 1 level was perfect and having 4 bathrooms was awesome! The house and property were very nice, close to shopping and grocery stores. Thank you Shannon and Russel for renting your house to us. We would love to stay again.

We loved the property! It was amazing, with enough shared space for the family to relax very comfortably inside or outside. The pool was spectacular, and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. Both were fully heated and ready to go upon our arrival. This was an excellent upscale property with beautiful decor and plenty of space. It was immaculately maintained. We definitely are planning to return to this house on our next vacation to the area. Also, the owner was super responsive to questions upon our arrival.

This property is nice, my friends & I felt that we were unwanted upon arrival neighbors came out asking questions what were we doing there, next they took pictures & complain to the owner. The owner constantly called & text me about no parties & if we had over six ppl we must notify her 1st. it wasn't cool.

We have stayed in Phoenix area dozens of times and this house is at the top of the list!! Plenty of room and space. Beds are super comfortable the pool/patio area is about as good as it comes! Owners were very comunicable and always responded promptly. I don’t pass out 5 stars across the board very often but this place is very well deserving! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the full package!
