This home was beautiful, great location, and had all the amenities needed. However, NW Hosting made the stay not as great. We had to request arrival, instructions, and then were sent two different codes to enter, and no instructions. Finally figured it out on her own. Then, after we left, we realized a few personal items were left behind, and the host company was no help in locating them. Very disappointing and will never rent property through NW Hosting again.

Property is nice but floors needed to be mopped. It is in a loud location - lots of traffic at times. Parking is tight for 2 cars. No central air, probably not an issue most of the time but the front bedroom didn’t have good air flow and got quite warm.

This is a very new home, super clean and well designed. Only a couple blocks away from the riverfront trail and Altas Park on the Spokane River. Close to some great restaurants and shops in the Riverstone Development. Has a small backyard with a sunny patio. We really enjoyed our stay.

Small, comfortable, modern home in Riverstone. The house is quite pleasant and close to quite a few locations...downtown, Hayden, and Post Falls.

The property has a nice backyard where we kept out bikes, and there is a connection to a great bike trail just a few yards from the house.

Wow! We really enjoyed on stay at this property. The river, walkways and swimming area were a short walk from the front door. Of course, in Coeur d'Alene nothing is very far away. Getting to the lake was quick and easy. As it was quite hot that week, we really appreciated the air conditioning when we were in the house. Overall, everything we needed was there. Well, I guess we could have used a tea kettle or tea pot, but we made due. For two couples it worked great! We will certainly remember this place the next time we venture down to Coeur d'Alene.
