This delightful ocean view home is comfort and beauty unlimited - inside and out with a beautiful landscape.



A unique feature of this home is the outdoor living space which includes multiple fruit trees, a lush green lawn, and a patio for sunning or grilling, that spans the entire side yard. Relax in the outdoor dining space with a fire pit watching the western sky at sunset.



LEGOLAND, if is on your bucket list, is just a short distance away, as is freeway access that makes it easy to drive south and enjoy the many world-class attractions of the greater San Diego area - including, but not limited to - The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and SeaWorld.



Arrive and stop for a moment to enjoy the creative serene, landscaping of the front yard. The talk of the neighborhood - as it gives the home a modern, chic feel.



Enter the home and be greeted by a spacious great room that offers the opportunity to gather in multiple areas – making it a grand entertainment and gathering area. There are 2 comfortable seating clusters, both with lots of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. One also has a fireplace and slider access to the beautiful serene lawn.



A beautifully updated modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and 4 high-top stools at the kitchen counter. An additional breakfast nook in the kitchen makes it easy for everyone to eat and commune together inside. Just add the food and camaraderie and have fun.



The master king bedroom has sliders to the outside, a flat screen TV, and an ensuite shower with a large walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom, also with slider access to the outside, has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom has a full (double) bed, so this home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds with a maximum occupancy of 7.



There is a shared hallway bath with a shower/tub combination and also a half bath for your convenience. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens to ensure your ultimate comfort.
Additional amenities include WIFI and cable, air conditioning, a washer and dryer for your convenience, and 2 garage parking spaces as well as 2 driveway parking spaces.

We had a great stay! Me, my son, my sister, her husband, their 10 yoa son and teenage girls stayed and loved it! I love the open space of living room, dining room and kitchen. Grocery store was probably under a minute walk and Tamarack beach was within walking distance. The location was perfect for me to stay in close proximity of Legoland!

Property not really ready for occupancy. Stove had burner problem, 2 car garage not cleared adequately, missing light bulbs, ice dispenser didn’t work, tv controls not easily used, garage side door deadbolt can’t be locked, to name some problems. Very difficult driving out of driveway due to busy street. Slow response from management for problem solving. We were not there for vacation but because our house had water pipe leakage and was under repair. Location terrific, nice ocean view, and very nice house. Probably great for short term vacationers. Would have been better if we could have checked place out before committing to rent.

1 mile from the beach. We walked there and back. No big deal. It's off a busy road, but that wasn't much of an issue. You did not hear the street in the house or in the backyard.

The house was fabulous. I will NEVER rent from VACASA again: All texts are automated. I called and spoke to a 'Manager' regarding the gate being left open repeatedly (lawn, garbage/recycle bins) and NOTHING was done about it. I finally emailed two gentlemen I found on the Internet and two signs were produced to hang near gates, however the lawn maintenance still came and the gate was STILL left open. I deserve a credit for having no BBQ as the propane tanks sit on the deck unattached (mentioned to 'manager', no response) ~ I have date photos to prove it. I WILL NEVER RENT A PLACE RELATED TO VACASA AGAIN and I rent all over the place and often.

Nice large clean house, the kitchen and living room are huge and open. The house is white and bright. Fit 7 of us really well. About a 3 minute drive to the beach. New and updated bath and kitchen.
