About this house rental
Casa Linda is a cute little house just down the street from the lake in Enchanted Oaks. It is in a quiet neighborhood where residents are often seen walking and riding their golf carts. There is a boat ramp and dock ready for you to launch into a fun-filled day.
There is a large yard to allow the kids to run around and burn some energy while you sit by the firepit and tell stories or just hang out on one of the decks surrounded by trees. Evening is perfect for an outdoor movie. Older kids have a separate room off the deck for playing ping pong. There is plenty of seating for everyone outside, or you can go inside and hang out on the large, cozy couch. Open the curtains and blinds to enjoy the bright sunshine coming in through the windows. You can play games and watch TV while the little ones play or read in the front closet.
Once you feel a need for some alone time, you can retreat to one of the 3 bedrooms which all have a TV. There is a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Just outside the sliding doors, you can sit on the small patio and enjoy your coffee under the tree cover. There is a desk if work becomes necessary. The king room opens to the deck and is next to the other bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with twin bunk beds. We know some prefer quilts while others want comforters, so we have both. Each room also has a combination sound machine/night light/clock to ensure everyone sleeps well. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, including coffee. We have a dual coffee machine for your enjoyment. We also have plastic kitchenware to reduce the stress of eating with little ones. The table seats 6 while the bar has seating for 2.
Multi family option available. The house next door is also an STR and available if you have a large family gathering. Please inquire for more details.

The house was perfect for us. We had a room for the boys, a room for the girls and a room for my husband and I and the littlest grandchild. The large kitchen table was great. Having TVs in every room allowed the children to watch what they preferred. The mosquitoes made watching a movie on the outdoor screen impossible. The game room was great for the boys. They loved , the arcade and played many games of ping-pong. However, We chose this particular property because it was listed as having a pool. The listing was later changed to “community pool available”. If we had known that, we wouldn’t have booked this property—we have a community pool at home. But the kids had great fun at the pool—the diving board was a bonus. Note: the key to the pool didn’t work. The playground wasn’t well kept. It bothered me more than the children.
On Friday we got everything ready to leave then went to the pool to swim until 10:00. That would give us just enough time to get changed and load the car. we were surprised when we got back to the house and the cleaning people were sitting in the driveway. It added an extra layer of stress, but we were ready to go by 11 as planned. And, we were very grateful to have been allowed to check in at 3:00 on Wednesday. And, to be fair the owner had emailed me about a tight turnaround. I just don’t check my email very often when we’re on a trip. All in all it was a great trip. Thanks.

So many things about this lovely house, inside and out, make it a good value - including a large fenced yard (important to us so our toddler & pooch could roam), huge deck, generous driveway space, beautifully maintained neighborhood with dock (we don't have a boat but we did catch a few bass). A "wow" dine-in kitchen with views on 3 sides. Plenty of convenient kitchen space and appliances (we ate all meals in). Large comfy bedrooms with ample storage, TV in each room. Bachelor in our group appreciated having a bedroom w/private bath on opposite side of house from the toddler & infant. Washer & dryer were great so that we didn't have to bring so many changes of clothes. Lots of storage that would be handy if we had needed to stay longer. Walked the neighborhood several times and met the kindest neighbors (an easy 0.5 mi. loop out the front door). Met my priority for feeling safe in the house and neighborhood. The host was accessible and accommodating at all times. I could go on! - Barbara

Great get away
Wonderful home in the best neighborhood. 6 adults fit wonderfully, with room to spare. We all agreed this was the best set up VRBO any of us had been to...labels on where all the items could be found, comfortable beds, great outside area.

AMAZING stay!
I have stayed in quite a few VRBOs but this one was outstanding! They have literally thought of everything. There was activities for all ages. Ping pong, corn hole, a rope swing, and a fire pit. The little playroom for my granddaughter was my favorite part! The hosts went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent communication. Just an overall great trip.
