Wonderful house! Lots of space. We really enjoyed the game room and pool! Our host, Marissa, responded immediately to any questions. Looking forward to our next visit!!

Fantastic house in fantastic location! Everything as shown on the pics! Lots of room for the kiddies to spread out. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub when not on the beach. And a working elevator! What more could you ask for? Property manager professional and super responsive! Would stay again for sure!

We cannot say enough about our vacation spent at this home! From our first impressions of the landscaping to the cleanliness of the house to the personal touches throughout.. it is amazing. Let’s not forget that it is located minutes from the beach. And our Host Marissa could not be more accommodating and quick to respond to any questions that we may have had. We are all still talking about how much we enjoyed staying here and are looking forward to doing it again!

My family and I wanted to do something different this year for Christmas and decided to rent this house. We are so happy we did! It was beautiful and accurately described in the listing. The owner was so responsive and we had the best time. We would definitely recommend!! What a beautiful property seconds away from the beach!

We are so grateful to have stayed in such a wonderful home during our visit to AC for a conference. It provided room for our entire team to attend and stay together. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts are very gracious and accommodating. We truly look forward to returning and spending more time in this home away from home.

House was perfect for our large group of 13 adults with plenty of space for everyone. They have a bar room on the first level with double sliding glass doors to the pool and hot tub area which was my group’s favorite space to hangout. Awesome host and property!

This was the perfect home for a family beach vacation! The house was clean, well appointed, and had all of the amenities we could ask for. Plus you could not ask for a better location - just a block from the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and parks. Communication with the hosts was great leading up to and throughout our stay. They were incredibly responsive and detailed. Thank you for a wonderful place for our family to make new memories together!

The property is huge with many beds, decks and rooms. We had a blast using the pool table and games on the lower level. Any questions I had were quickly answered by the owner. The place was very clean and well kept. I would certainly recommend it to family and friend!

This is a great property for a large group. We had 21 and everyone was very comfortable. The property contains everything you would reasonably expect it to have. Check in and communication with the owner was easy and very pleasant. Great stay.

Our extended family stayed here to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Everything about the house was great, there was enough room for all of us, beds were comfortable, the house had everything we needed. The home is beautiful, sunny and bright. Check-in was easy and Mark responded quickly to our questions. The first night, the first floor was extremely cold and we contacted Mark,. he responded promptly by adjusting the thermostat from his end so that we can control it. Temperature was great from then on and we enjoyed our stay. We loved this home, looking forward to renting again.

This house is even better than described! From the amenities, the extremely comfortable beds, views of the ocean, cleanliness, and luxurious feel to the house, our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. Usually on vacation we have to go out to entertain our kids, but at this home, we never even left the house. It’s that amazing.

Had an amazing stay with my family during Christmas. The house is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Mark was a great host. Can always reach him if I had any questions. Love that the house had an open feel to it and we never felt like we were on top of each other since it was 23 of us. We loved it so much we wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately there was another booking. Book this house you won’t regret it. We made great memories with our family at this beautiful home. Thank you so much Mark for your hospitality. Will definitely book this house again!
