The ultimate in luxury accommodations, this 1,942 Sq. Ft. 2 bed 2 1/2 bath penthouse has it all. King bed in master, queen bed in second bedroom, comfy sofa in the den with a Smart TV. Breathtaking custom designed ItalKraft gourmet kitchen incorporating white glass upper cabinets and white polished lacquer lower cabinets, with a 10-foot polished white quartz island, all accented with large slabs of stunning imported Italian silver travertine. Sensual limestone bathrooms with luxurious Dornbracht fixtures, oversized romantic soaking tubs, rainfall and waterfall showers affixed to floating limestone slabs that span the entire wall, bathed with sumptuous backlit warm illumination. Custom walk-in closets will accommodate the most extravagant wardrobes. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.
Guests have access to 1 Hotel amenities. There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $150 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

This is our second year staying in this same apartment and we love it so much! Amenities are great, apartment is comfortable and spacious. We hope to come back next year again!

Fantastic winter getaway to this penthouse on south beach. Absolutely Five Stars across the board.

The property itself was amazing but management was non responsive during our stay and even after our return. I’m yet to get a call that I was promised 5 times. TV and internet had issues for our entire stay. There was dirt and candy stuck to the walls and the dishwasher did not work.

The 1 Hotel property itself was most certainly a 5 star - sadly we had a very alarming situation happen in our VRBO penthouse unit and still can't get any one from five star luxury to show any consideration for our experience. We had gotten up early and gone for a wonderful walk on the beach and came (home) to gather our beach gear to find 5 men in our unit changing out all the speakers in the unit. We were stunned and shaken. Our wedding rings out on the table, computers, work notes, our wallets on the bed and no warning. I called my concierge for the unit and she had no idea anyone was in our unit - and she herself admitted she wasn't aware. She even asked me if they had hotel uniforms on - and I told her no, it was a third party. This was not a little issue, this was my home and we felt extremely violated. I got a basic "we're sorry" - and I asked to meet a superior in the lobby to connect face to face - and no one ever even attempted to call. I got home and wrote to one of the owners of Five Star Luxury Travel in hopes to share my concerns in private, she emailed that she was out of town and would have Jennifer, another principal, call me. To date still no response. Entering someone's home without their knowledge is a breach of what VRBO stands for. Customer service through Five Star was tragic - and as a CEO myself, I cannot imagine anyone on my team ever treating a customer with such disinterest.

First of all this apartment is for four persons. There was a charge of 400 dollars for extra beds which was never mentioned. And the beds came the day after we arrived. We were a family of six. We had ordered a wheelchair and payed. But it was not delivered. The dryer was broken when we arrived and was never fixed during our entire stay. When you are renting out an apartment for this amount. Go and buy a new dryer. We could not even wash and dry our towels. The coffee machine was broken. The air conditioner in the room was not working. And the TV in the master bedroom never worked and the TV in the living room was not working properly. We complained about this many times. When you’re on vacation you don’t want to have to do that every day.
I was told that they were sorry and would contact me..they never did.
. So I would say that this property is hugely overpriced.
Overall the hotel itself is nice. And location is great

Overall beautiful property. The only issue was there are 2 king beds. So technically sleeps 4. There are 2 couches as well, but they are not pull outs. Fine for kids but most adults don’t want to sleep on a couch. Excellent location and amenities.

Beautiful Disappointment
Gorgeous centrally located property. Unfortunately, many issues with VRBO/5 Star & 1 Hotels making planned wonderful stay at an Oasis, just an “Oh”
* Reaching VRBO/5 Star Luxury prior to rental start hellish
* Renter kept referring us to hotel and visa versa
* Concierge, Rodrigo, attentive & prompt but not onsite. Paid premium for groceries delivery/stocked. Understood due to flooding, some items delivered late; however, 2nd delivery just left on counter, didn't receive some items - NO explanation provided - AND rec'd duplicates on others & were charged! Use Instacart, which we did to complete!
* Onsite concierge, bellman, front desk & maintenance spotty. Albert & Kenza, our 1st onsite contacts, absolutely AMAZING.
* Able to check in 90 min. early which was very much appreciated. Note: unit located 2nd to top floor..
* Requested late checkout as rental not booked days after departure. Granted 1hr extension N/C; however, housekeeping started cleaning at 11AM. Took ~110 min. for bellman take bags to resident's lobby luggage storage so some missed pool time; Worse, bags taken to hotel luggage for unknown reason, further delaying departure.
* Housekeeping issues. For rental accommodating (6), insufficient towels/blankets/pillows (1 xtra blanket/pillow furnished). Told added items requested would be supplied but only at EXTRA charge. Requested clean & tidy service mid stay. Apparently, $125 minimal service doesn't include trash removal so we dumped ourselves.
* "Suite dining alternative option" N/A due to Covid & hotel room service availability spotty.
* Maintenance issues. Living Rm lights flickered - several days to address. Dishwasher didn't work so we hand washed all items thru week stay. Hot H2O didn't get hot esp. in 2nd bedroom. Built in microwave & coffee units didn't work. Had to take "spare" microwave found under counter out when needed. Dryer lint trap broken, W/D units PITA to operate.
* Property billed FULLY STOCKED LUXURY w/hefty price point to match. Stayed at much simpler VRBO's w/better amenities.
- Items stated to be onsite but not: NO dryer sheets, softener, daily Starbucks, sugar, blender, Tupperware, baking supplies, storage bags/alum foil/plastic wrap, broom, sweep, mop, ANY cleaning products, trivets, dishwasher tabs. Sparse qty/size pots & pans, Only Salt/Pepper provided, 1 dish towel, 1 dish towel, 1 paper towel, 1 pot holder, small dish soap, little detergent.
Overall, truly underwhelming & disappointing stay for $$$$$
