We were in town to visit and attend a family wedding. Our stay was just what we needed. Quiet and convenient. Thanks Frank!

This was a very cozy, extremely clean and likely recently updated unit attached to a larger house. My wife and I stayed for three nights while we were doing some wine tasting in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the revitalized waterfront district of Petaluma. We walked there and back on one occasion and it was not difficult. Frank was an excellent host and asked us several times if there was anything else that we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Unit was very bright with a lot of windows, ceiling fans and AC for comfort in the warm weather. We stayed for 1 week to visit our granddaughter and family. Location was close to most everything. Parking is a bit of a challenge as it is on the street, but worked out. Host was very responsive, as we needed a bath mat for slippery tub, he immediately went out and got one for us. He also left us a lovely bottle of wine and nuts at check in!

Greatly enjoyed our short stay at this lovely property. Small but highly efficient in an amazing location. I wouldn’t call it a bungalow as it’s attached to the house but there were no issues with that. Appreciated the nice touches — wine, water, coffee, Frank left for us. Definitely want to return!

Clean, cozy, great bed with wonderful linens and pillows! It was cold in the bathroom for a shower but that was the only downside. Very quiet neighborhood and a wonderful retreat. We actually extended our stay because it was so perfect.

This modest bungalow is ideally within walking distance of local Petaluma restaurants, parks, and shopping. It is located in a charming older neighborhood with many beautifully kept homes. We felt the location was ideal for visiting Bodega Bay, Sonoma, and Napa wineries. Our favorite was McEvoy Olive Ranch, which is located outside the city of Petaluma! Marcia & Grayson 10/2023

My husband and I stayed at Franks’s adorable place while we visited our daughter and grandchildren. The location was perfect for us, as it was a straight shot to their new home on the US Coast Guard base. Although attached to the owner’s home, it’s very private and spacious. It’s also very clean, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed. Frank even left a special note and a nice bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a very special touch. Highly recommend this little gem, and we will stay again in a heartbeat when we return for a visit! Thank you!

Our host Frank did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable from the start. He even surprised us with unexpected welcoming goodies. The property turned out to be everything we hoped for, with plenty of on-street parking. Further, it was great sleeping as the neighborhood was very quiet and serene(no barking dogs).

I echo all of the other positive reviews! Frank’s bungalow is a great place to relax, enjoy a quiet, comfortable sleep, cook some easy meals, and take convenient walks into charming downtown Petaluma. We came to visit our daughter who lives 2 blocks away and so we were doubly grateful for the location. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we are returning next week!

Fantastic place to stay in ideal Location
We had a wonderful visit at this cute apartment in Petaluma. Clean, well kept and with everything you need for a short or long visit (we stayed for over a week and kitchen was well stocked for cooking in etc). Comfy bed and couch and clean new bathroom with plenty of space for a couple or small family with a toddler/baby. There is also a common laundry room with washer/dryer just outside the apartment. Outdoor seating for meals/enjoying the sun. The location couldn’t be more ideal- safe, cute walking neighborhood with park, playground and community pool a few blocks away and a short walk to the charming downtown. Frank was a great host and always available. If you are looking to stay in Petaluma- we couldn’t recommend a better place!

Bright and comfortable
This property is perfectly situated in Petaluma. A short walk to downtown (a mile or less) and the neighborhood is beautiful. Comfortable bed, kitchen has necessities and Frank is very generous with the treats he leaves his guests. It has lots of windows that welcome the sunlight and they all open for the fresh air. There's a medium sized table with four chairs that allow you to eat there or set up a laptop, etc. The bedroom clothes closet is big enough for one or two people and I was there for two weeks so had lots of stuff with me. I highly recommend this place. Frank is the perfect host. Only chats when you make the first move and is always there if you need something. He lives in the house that is on the property so it's nice to have him on the premises. I can't say enough about how much I loved this place.

I’d be happy to return
Very clean, and everything you could want, except perhaps a microwave and cable tv (Roku only). Nicer than the pictures. My second favorite of 5 places I have stayed in recently in Petaluma. All were good. I didn’t get the access information until the morning of check-in, which made me a little nervous, but from that point on Frank was very responsive. The personalized welcome note, with wine and coffee gifts, was a particularly nice touch that I have not encountered before.
