Beautiful 1 bedroom with a full kitchen and private outdoor space in a great Flagstaff neighborhood. Walk/bike easily to historic downtown on the Urban Trail. Easy access to trails, food, close to AZ Snowbowl, 70 miles to the Grand Canyon and 30 miles to Sedona. Be on the chair lift in 20 minutes or at some of our best mountain biking, in 5! Enjoy a soak in the huge bathtub, relax by the fire or sit outside and enjoy the view. We can be your base for exploring or just a quiet space to relax.

This was our very first Vrbo and loved it! So spacious and sparkly clean with completely furnished kitchen and beautiful decor. Great location for visits to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Winslow and local attractions. Fun to come home in the evening and enjoy a drink on the outside patio. Enjoyed our stay!

The house had everything we needed. Appreciated a full sized fridge and kitchen. Good location and clean and comfy bed! Bathroom is spacious!

Mu husband, 3 month old and pup spent our first trip as a family here. Very cozy, and welcoming. Great location and cutest little casita. We ate our meals at the nice island and played games at the cute little table. We very much enjoyed!!

The place is very clean and decorated with taste. (Wish I played the guitar; so fun that it’s there.) The enclosed yard was perfect for our dog. We felt safe letting her wander and explore.) I am in love with the Aspen trees in the yard. I could watch them flutter and quake for hours. I highly recommend Beth’s lovely cottage if you are visiting Flagstaff.

Had a great stay. The property is just as advertised, heated floors and all! Beth's communication was great and responded within minutes of the handful of questions we had. Even more impressive was that the 18 inches of snow that dropped on us overnight was cleared out before we woke up in the morning. We had a nice visit and would certainly stay again!

The house itself is well appointed and comfortable and a convenient location. However during our stay in Sept 2022 all the roads surrounding the home were being excavated and replaced. Not the peaceful setting we anticipated. The owner did offer us a partial refund.

I am on a 6 week road trip and stayed at Coconino Estates for 2 nights while passing through Flagstaff. The space was wonderful and only a short distance from downtown Flagstaff, hiking trails, restaurants and shops. The home was spacious, well stocked, and clean. Thank you for a wonderful time in Flagstaff! I can't wait to come back.
