Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved staying here!! Very clean and nice place. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom! The outside pool needs a little love but overall a clean and safe place!

Lots of room great kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes and nice appliances. Shuttle to the gondola was frequent and right outside the stairs for pick up wait was usually less than 5 minutes.

Property is as advertised. However, the front desk was able to provide parking passes and shuttle info. but not help at all with wifi password and other issues. We had to contact help via phone with problems. We needed toilet paper and was told the owners provided three days worth (we stayed a week), any more we had to buy. Nice fireplace, but no firewood provided. Was told we had to buy our own.

The shuttle to Beaver Creek and Vail were so easy to use. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. It would be nice to have a step stool for the bedroom with the really high bed and it would be nice to have a chair in the bed rooms. All 3 couples enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful condo with easy driving access to Beaver Creek and Vail. There was a shuttle but we drove to the mountains with the kids. Big bedrooms - each with their own bathroom- was wonderful. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had a fabulous time

We loved our 3 night stay at matterhorn 10! The condo is very close to the Vail bus stop so no need to drive & pay expensive parking fees at the villages. It came fully stocked with the essentials to meet our needs comfortably. Great find and price!

this condo is bigger then it looks like it pics. it was great, we enjoyed our stay. Its clean, updated and has everything you need in the kitchen. you can walk to the lake, recreation center and restaurants. The only down fall is no air conditioning which is common is the mountains with the cooler weather. We prefer air conditioning however they have a fan in every room and windows you can open.

The property was very nice, exceeded expectations for the price. Only negative experience was, kept receiving text complaints throughout the evenings for noise and being asked if there was a party going on. There were only 4 adults laughing and joking and enjoying their time.

We loved staying there but the only problem was that some of the sheets were a bit dirty and the stone wall in the living room could take some care and cleaning.
