The cabin is just as advertised - a very nice space and easy to get in and out. I was there to do a bike ride on the Virginia Creeper trail (about 1/2 hour drive away). Really enjoyed meeting the goats and dog on the property!

We attended to Bristol Country Thunder. This location was perfect for our stay. We were very close to the speed way. The property was lovely. My favorite was the goats. Our host was very descriptive with everything we needed to know! We didn’t have any problems or questions during our stay! Definitely recommend for a perfect get away!

My husband and I stayed for just 1 night and loved it! Very clean and comfortable. The unit was well stocked: bathroom had plenty of towels/toiletries,and had a great shower, the kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal (pots & pans, toaster oven, stovetop, microwave) AND it even had a washer/dryer combo! We loved how secluded the property was but yet close enough to stores, etc. After a great night's sleep, as we were packing up our truck to leave, all the goats (& a dog) came to bid us a fond farewell! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed a couple day stay and really had a great time feeding the goats and getting to pet the sweet doggo. Great communication with property manager! Will definitely be back!

The goats were a huge plus haha

This place is so cute and just what we needed. So close to racetrack. Owner is so nice, he let our dog play in his back yard and play with the goats. Jane cleans the cabins, what s sweet person. Loved our stay.

Very pleasant minus the woodpeckers and the Friday night guests. Jerry was very accommodating. Would recommend this Air -B/B.

We loved staying in this cabin! The place was immaculate, tastefully decorated and gave us everything we needed for our short stay. Love the central location as it was very close to hiking, biking and driving to Virginia creeper Trail.
The owner responds immediately to any questions. We did not have enough coffee when we arrived and he sent the cleaning person that Evening to give us a supply. Enjoyed sitting on the porch at night and watching the sunset over the mountain.
We will definitely rent from host again and highly recommend him!

2 nights….. great place to stay…. Pet friendly, loved the goats and the sheepdog on the property. Really close to Bristol racetrack… asked questions to the owner and was always quick to reply. Next time, would love to stay in their new one on the same property , has an upstairs deck with hot tub.

This is a very nice and cozy place to stay. Host did a wonderful job explaining everything. The only thing (like anywhere you go) the bed just wasn't our sleep number bed. However it was a nice bed. We feed the goats out front also. If you do stay here you must go to The Original Ridgewood Barbecue. Nobody told us about this place we found it online. They have the BEST food.

We enjoyed the stay. Beautiful cabin and beautiful views. The animals made it so much fun as well. We 10/10 recommend it. Will stay here if we are ever back in Bristol.

Lovely spot and peaceful stay. It would be a good idea to emphasize the number of steps for the 2nd floor unit. I’m 70 yr old, and it was a bit much for me, but the place was very nice, and the price was right!

I had no problems, it was quiet and relaxing. Little noisy on the last night, but settled down. The place was alittle hard to locate after dark.

It was a very nice and cosy cabin, very clean and had all the amenities you would need, loved the goats and the dogs on the farm we will definitely be back

Very quiet and serene, the goats are something haha. Having coffee on the porch in the early morning, seeing the stars, really great location. I wish I'd have brought my telescope, very low light pollution as well.

My husband and I stayed for three nights and two days. It was easy to find and check in. Unit was bright and private. Clean sheets and towels. The front door to the upstairs unit has a sign asking to please not slam the door which is fair and should go without saying. Once we walked our two bags up and went to close the door I did slam it… not on purpose but the door sticks so I learned to just pick up on it a bit before closing. Nothing a few shims can’t fix. We got in late so we wanted to quickly go out to grab food and we’re trying to stay away from fast food so we settled on Waffle House. Bad management but that’s another story…overall our stay was great but our last night came and wanted to get it done before coming home. We had one load of laundry to do before early checkout and that was a nightmare. The breaker tripped mid wash while we slept which we didn’t realize so my husband went to check it in the morning and water fell all over the floor… we quickly cleaned it up and I got immediate support from the owner but had to have a late checkout due to the breaker tripping AGAIN mid wash and the dry time was insanely long. We decided to just let them finish drying on our drive home and rewash then. Now, I don’t mean for any of this to deter anyone but I would have really appreciated a heads up on the breaker issue and front door but both are easy work arounds… we would definitely stay again.

Pictures can't even put into words how amazing the cabin truly is! My husband and I are looking to say goodbye to FL and make Tri Cities our new home. The Skeens were so warm and welcoming from the moment we pulled in their little boy welcomed us with running up and waving...he is sooo adorable! I couldn't get power to the washer/dryer combo, I messaged Jerry and he immediately called me and explained to my husband how to fix it. The cabin is located between everything you need yet far enough away that you have peace and quiet. Spotless, still smells like it's brand new! By far one of the best places we have ever stayed and we will definitely stay again if we come back to the area before we make our move! Book your stay, you won't be disappointed!

Very nice cabin in an excellent location. Close to many attractions yet has a country feel. Traveling alone I felt secure had no worries. Property was super clean and everything looked brand new. Just the right amount of contact with owner without feeling like my privacy was being invaded like other VRBOs I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend and will be back!!

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous cabin. Had a little difficulty with the lock but I realize that's a me problem and not an issue with the place. Pro tip - If it's unlocked - you don't have to press in the code. HOWEVER - the upstairs cabin we had was SUPER cute and clean. Loved the shower after a long drive and it was like living in a small house. Very efficient and even had storage space for our bags. We only stayed one night due to relocating across the country but our dogs loved the farm animals and their Great Pyrenees (sp?) was beyond welcoming to them. Simple rules, great upkeep, 100% would recommend.

Although the neighborhood is a bit... "Broken in" lol, don't let that deter you. The house is simple, clean, and has everything you need and more. Pulling in neighborhood, it's run down, but that's how alot of places are so close to downtown location. You're 3 blocks (45sec) walk to State St. and all it's eclectic places.
Will stay again next year when junior NHRA races are here

My husband and I stayed on the top cabin in a beautiful, quiet setting. The goats and dog came running along the fence as we drove our car up the driveway. The cute cabin had everything we needed for our three-day stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of windows to let the fresh breeze in. The location is conveniently located - Close to the Tri-Cities airport, Bristol, and the surrounding lakes.

*Note it has taken me WEEKS to review the property because I booked on one site and my itinerary was on another. Multiple calls and emails later I can now review. I went through all of that because of just how fantastic the stay was.
This was the perfect combination of small and comfortable, we truly enjoyed every minute of our stay here, and my boyfriend was in love with it joking that we just needed to see if they'd rent it as an apartment and we could move. The bed was great, as someone that has back problems I always worry about beds at rentals but it was awesome. We checked out a lot of local places and it was nice to come back to a place that was quite and clean. The shower is just as nice as it looks, and we loved having a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out constantly and could pack our meals. We will absolutely be looking for this property again the next time we are in the area, I also shared it with my friends for them to check out on their travels. Thank you again to our hosts!

As a pet owner it’s a struggle to find places to vacation - even more so when your dog is over 25 lbs. My 65 lbs rescue mix and I had a lovely stay in the upstairs unit of this rental. Even with guests staying in the apartment below us we didn’t hear them and the spaces were private and fully separated. Excellent water pressure, clean sheets, thoughtful touches that made the stay convenient…can’t say enough great things about this rental space and the host was friendly yet respectful which is always appreciated as a solo female traveler. The goats and their farm dog greeted us with cheerful noises and it was easy to follow the directions the host gave us. 10/5 stars for sure!!!
