This spacious Kiawah Island vacation home boasts 6,270 sq ft of exceptional living space and upscale furnishings comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The downstairs level includes a large open floor plan with a living room, dining room, separate den, billiards room, well-appointed kitchen with updated granite countertops and new tiled backsplash and a spacious master suite.
The master suite offers access to the open deck with king bed, flat screen TV and private sitting area with fireplace. The master bathroom includes marble finishes, his and her vanities and a sauna and 2 person tub. Upstairs you will find the second master suite and the remaining 3 bedrooms. The 2nd master includes a king bed, flat screen TV, access to a private deck overlooking the pool and lagoon and a spacious marble bathroom with a large tub and walk-in shower. The remaining 3 bedrooms include a twin bedroom with a private bathroom and walk in shower, a queen bedroom with a recently remodeled bathroom with a large walk in shower, and a bunk room (2 - twin on top/ full on bottom) with brand new full bathroom and new flat screen TV.
Enjoy luxurious Lowcountry outdoor living! Outdoor spaces include a large open deck with pool, grill and screened in porch. The owner has made many upgrades to the home with luxury amenities including an elevator and wet bar, new HVAC, updated powder room, added full bath in bunk room, remodeled queen bathroom as well as kitchen updates.
