Fully stocked 1500 sq.ft. walkout ground level apartment on quiet street. 5 mins to downtown Hayden, 10-15 mins to downtown Coeur d'Alene, 5 mins to Triple Play, 20 mins to Silverwood. Easy access to countless destinations of all kinds. Large kitchenette, highly rated mattresses, wifi, Roku Smart TV, office w/ desk, shared laundry room access available by request. Sleeps UP TO 7+baby. Queen bedroom not automatically included for 1-2 guests but will be added for additional $25/stay to cover the extra setup/cleaning labor needed. Beach towels, BBQ grill & outdoor seating available June-August ONLY.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. The apartment was adequate to our needs and the host, Merry, was very accommodating. She was quick to respond and offer her help when we messaged her with a question. We would stay here again.

Merry was wonderful to work. Unit was nicely laid out to relax and enjoy. Location was perfect to downtown Coeur d’Alene and Hayden. Highly recommend.

Merry was responsive and accommodating and the place was nice and well stocked. The bed was comfy. Nice neighborhood with deer roaming around. Would stay again.

Our stay was very short, but it was in a wonderful neighborhood location and the apartment was perfect for our group. We got in very late so we were happy to have an easy self checkin and checkout the next morning.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious place- just the 2 of us and pup but perfect. Lots of extra touches like snacks/cooking appliances to fix small meals/extra blankets/heated bed/board games/close enough to all the amenities but quiet safe neighborhood. Also super clean fluffy towels and extra pillows!

The property is as described. Two large bedrooms, two large sitting areas, one big bathroom, and a small kitchen area that has a microwave and countertop broiler (not sure what it is called). I would stay again. Parking is tight but there is room on the street. Owner is great. We could hear the owners upstairs and they could probably hear us but it wasn't bad. The bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen. My criteria for any place is cleanliness, then comfortable bed. This place is an affordable win.

This place was perfect for a good, quiet nights sleep before going to Silverwood theme park! Beds are comfortable, very clean, and amenities galore! Host is amazing!

It was a very great place to stay and it is very convenient to go to stores ,restaurants swimming ,really everywhere we wanted to go and just loved seeing the deer walk around the neighborhood and very pet friendly I will definitely go back and stay again and the hostess was awesome and friendly

Overall very nice place to stay. Host provided extra snacks and drinks which were very much appreciated. Would prefer to see extra sleeping area in center of house and not in room by front door..at least when children visiting.

Great value, better than a hotel and way more comfortable. There was lots of space; a kitchenette, dining and living room area in addition to two full bedrooms and an additional sofa and futon in the landing area. My only *small* complaint is parking- not meant for multiple vehicles or "oversized" pickups, but there was parking on the road. Amenities were good, snacks, tea, coffee/Keurig, full size fridge, air fryer and microwave. Clear instructions posted. No significant complaints, would stay there again.

Except my daughter injured herself many times on the big coffee table. We had to move it but other then that it was very peaceful.

Merry was easy to communicate with and the accommodation was perfect for our family despite the fact that we have an infant and teens. We especially appreciated the thoughtful details such as the baby bathtub, highchair and pack and play which we used as well as the heating features in the beds. Our daughter commented on how comfortable the futon was and all of the kids utilized the space heaters since they love to stay warm at night. Excellent job hosting!

The space felt very nice and clean. The owner was kind enough to provide additional bedding and snacks for my children and me. There was a designated parking space, and the home was located in a quiet neighborhood. There was no delay in communication, I received responses right away. Would stay again without hesitation :)

Merry was very good at communicating through the whole process. The accommodations were great. Good bed, clean, quiet, nicely decorated. Good, clear instructions about check in and check out. What sets this place apart is all the attention to detail. Everything you need (and more) is available. It’s obvious that Merry is a person who caress about her property and guests. Would definitely stay again.

Our Host Merry was amazing from start to finish! Great communication as soon as booking was complete. The property is comfortable and in a beautiful neighborhood. My daughter loved playing the Twister game that was available and seeing the deer when we drove through the neighborhood. The kitchenette was equipped so well, we were able to make a Chicken Broccoli Alfredo for dinner, with no problems. The location is great for exploring the beautiful Idaho panhandle!
We’ll be back for sure.

The property was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of four. The snacks were very nice and our children really enjoyed them. The beds were ok. The king size bed was very hard and I couldn’t sleep on it with my bad back. The queen bed was more comfortable so my husband and I switched beds with our daughter. They have quite hours from 10pm to 8am but whatever room of the house is above the queen and king room all you could hear was talking, laughing and a ton of movement into the very early hours of the morning. We really didn’t get much sleep because of this.

This is a great stay! Easy drive into town. Cute, clean and comfy place to hang. Merry thinks of everything including some snacks when you first get in. Merry was very easy to communicate with and responded to questions quickly. We have already decided we will stay again our next adventure to coeur d'alene.

The property was exactly as stated and provided a very nice stay for myself and my wife. We had plenty of space, a comfortable bed, a streaming TV to watch the Super Bowl and other programs of interest. Our host is very generous with coffee, spices, snacks and a well-stocked kitchen. We had a great time and highly recommend.

I stayed for 3 nights with my small dog. She was welcomed and met with treats, a place to walk, and bowls and everything I might have forgotten. The property was incredibly cleaned and well stocked. I have stayed at many VRBO and this was #1 in almost every category.
Because it is on the ground floor with living quarters above sounds from upstairs are sometimes noticeable.

Another great property. It was an attached guest house, so you may hear some noises but it wasn’t bad. Snacks, drinks provided. Very comfortable and clean. Nice neighborhood. We saw a LOT of deer so drive carefully if arriving near dusk. They were in the yards.

My first time staying at a VRBO property and Merry had all the amenities that you would need! Super clean and organized and she did extras to accommodate me having my 4 year old son. Very responsive and helpful!!! 10/10 recommend.
