We had the best stay. The condo was perfect, clean, and in a good location. Riley was available to answer any questions and her communication was amazing.
4.7
Overall we had a great stay. We liked the distance to downtown Traverse City and the walkability of the neighborhood. Across the street The Blue Goat has great wines! The Potter’s Bakery which is about .3 miles away has great donuts and the sausage biscuit was amazing. Would stay here again.

We came for the cherry festival and stayed a week. We enjoyed the ease of the location walkable if needed yet we could even catch the local bus. We use this as a great launch point to many of the other areas from Petoskey Charlevoix all the way up to Mackinac Island, the great bear dunes, wine tasting and so much more. We could see the 4th of July fireworks from the patio as the crested just above the trees.
4.7
Overall it was a nice stay. The facility is clean. The TVs are really slow and struggle to work. The rooftop terrace is wonderful. It is close to a beach and park. There is a lot of noise from the Front Street traffic.

Place was clean and great location. We highly recommend

The stay was nice. We stayed in the first unit next to the main entrance. It tends to be a decently busy door, especially if you have a pup. The door does not have a slow release to it so it slams shut after every person. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay, check in/out was super easy, close to ice cream/shops and food, decent areas to walk our dog. Ice maker said it needed its filter replaced and wouldn’t produce ice until it was replaced which was a little inconvenient to make drinks. The apartment was located perfectly for our trip itinerary. Would definitely book here again!

All of the parking spots are too small for anything bigger than a compact car. If one unit had not been empty, allowing us all to shift a bit and make room, someone would have had to park on the street in the neighborhood behind the building.
Also, we heated the oven to cook a frozen pizza and it created enough smoke to trigger the smoke alarm. Please clean the oven to save the next guest that surprise.

Overall place was great. Superclean and good location.
Internet was very slow.

We planned this trip as a family getaway before Christmas. Our plan was to relax, watch Christmas movies with the kids, and get away for a few days before the holidays. When we arrived at the condo, the door code didn't work and had to wait in the hallway with all our luggage until someone from the property management company gave us another code. We then discovered the WiFi was down which meant none of the TV's worked. The next day we were told Spectrum couldn't fix it until the day after we checked out. Numerous texts were sent to the property management company to get a password for the other available WiFi networks with no response. An hour before we were checking out on the third day, they sent us the password. We didn't get any apologies for the wrong door code or lack of WiFi and TV's. Extremely frustrating!!
The condo unit was sufficient. It was clean and met our needs. The lack of communication with the Property Management company was the main reason for our lower rating as it really impacted our trip.

We came to visit my son and grandsons and it was the perfect location. The only thing I would recommend is an upgrade of the paper products. We would likely bring our own another time and that is certainly an option. We weren’t bothered by any noise, there was no rowdiness and we worked hard to keep our ‘verbal’ Max!

Building is nice with private parking, the building looked nice but could use a little maintenance; overall was good. Our unit was up-to-date and in good condition, housekeeping could be a little better (some minor issues but not enough to complain about). Our unit was in the back on the first floor so we didn’t hear any road noise; we could hear those above us walking around at time, using the bathroom, and during the night we could hear them flushing the toilet. The VRBO property manager was very communicative about check-in and check-out and emailed us during our stay to touch base. It is about a 20 minute walk to downtown TC which worked well for us. We all said that we would stay here again.

Easy checkin and checkout.

We loved the stay. It was a little noisy but a good experience.

We had a great time. The property was clean and well kept. Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again. The only draw back was parking. You can only park one car per 6 people. We had girls coming from ALL over and had to be creative with our parking. We managed and all worked out. 😊 But overall, a great stay.
4.7
Very nice property! Clean and well stocked! Front door to building is broken, but that would be the only drawback! The condo was beautiful!
4.7
Nice newer property. Had all the essentials.

The place was nice, well furnished, and clean. Our problem is with the management company (Mitten). The description says there is a YouTube account offered along with the option to use your own streaming service. There was no Youtube account and the TV's in bedrooms had no signal at all so we were unable to use them during the visit. When we contacted the management company they were uninterested and unresponsive. Also the security code on the exterior door to the building didn't work. The building was unsecured the whole time we were there. I find in using VRBO, if you are dealing directly with an owner, response to problems is much better.

Property was very clean. Beds very comfortable. Host was very communicative. Would definitely book again. Go green!

Nice condo, nice area and close to downtown.
4.7
Great location walkable to downtown. We had our 2 dogs with us so 1st floor near door was very convenient. Only issue is that main door is loud but already knew from earlier review. Place is pretty new and well stocked with whatever you need. 1 parking spot available, additional cars require street parking.

From the moment I made the reservation until me notifying the owner of my departure everything went absolutely perfect. This was my first VRBO stay and the whole experience to include the awesome accommodations set the bar very high for any future VRBO stays that I will be making. Thank you Riley for everything and having us in your awesome and beautiful home.

We had a wonderful time time. The condo was extremely nice. The pillows sucked, but I am ok with that. Overall, I would recommend this spot to anyone.
4.7
Really enjoyed our stay in Traverse City and at this property. It was like a home away from home and had every convenience you would expect at home. The parking spots are a bit small, so it's probably a good idea to not rent a truck like we did. But aside from that, the property was perfect.

Summer trip
Nice place, could have been a little cleaner, shower curtains and sinks had some pink mold. Did not know unit 4 was directly adjacent to front entrance which was pretty heavily trafficked throughout day and night. But would go back.

Moms wine weekend
Property was clean and updated. Very nice. Short walk to downtown. Would def stay again.

Excellent
Honestly this is one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever experienced. The company is very responsive and it was clean and a really nice. Will be rebooking.
