Lovely, old style, traditional Spanish hotel which has a really homely feel. Good communication before my stay. Beautiful smell when you enter! I arrived early & my room was ready which was much appreciated. Very convenient location beside the famous tram stop and yet because it’s on a quiet side street there is no noise. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A/C was excellent. Great to have a small fridge. Room was cleaned well daily. Pool and the area around it is small but lovely, peaceful immaculately clean. Having a dip was so refreshing! Comfortable sun loungers. There are towels available at reception. Shower was excellent.
Some of the English tv channels had no picture, just sound. Would be great if it was a Smart TV. There is no lift which I didn’t mind but on the second floor some people might find that an issue. Would be nice to have a full length mirror in the room.

Sentral beliggenhet .Fine, rene rom. God frokost, ekstra pluss for juice-presse, denne ble flittig brukt. Hyggelig personale.

I must say, this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in!
Conveniently located next to the Train/tram that serves Palma and Port De Soller.
We had the room looking onto the mountain and over the pool (206) and I think it must've been one of the better rooms in the hotel. The room and bathroom were massive compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Fortunately our room had aircon and a ceiling fan, so we stayed nice and cold during the bout of hot weather for the area.
We stayed here on a HB basis. The breakfast was decent, but I feel there could've been a better fruit selection out and the scrambled eggs were a little dry, but apart from that it was lovely! We stayed here for four nights and as you can imagine the evening/lunch menu could get boring, but it didn't. My partner and I don't eat fish, and being on an island, fish dishes are a plenty. But the people serving us throughout the week were able to offer substitutes. Goats cheese salad for lunch instead of fish. A chicken paella which was not on the menu. In addition, because the restaurant is closed on a Thursday, we were able to transfer our Thursday evening sitting to Saturday lunch. our servers were Chelsea and Fran, they were fantastic, and a credit to the hotel.
The pool area was lovely. With it being a salt water pool also, you don't smell of chlorine. The shower for the pool seemed to be hit and miss though.
House keeping we're lovely, attentive and friendly.
Check out was simple and speedy. Because we were leaving at 4am, we paid the bill the night before and were offered a sandwich and coffee for our departure. the sandwich was lovely!

We liked the location as it was near the main Square so close to the train and tram station.

The location next to the square was perfect. It had great space to keep the hired bikes overnight. The mallorca ambience of the hotel was lovely
The bedroom was a little small but manageable the bed was very uncomfortable

Location awkward to reach but once there it was brilliantly central. Very friendly and supportive staff.
I can't comment
I can't comment on the food as we make a point of eating in town in order to get to know it better..

Great location. Offered a welcome drink Initially showed quite a small room. When we asked for something bigger the receptionist was vert helpful. New room wax spacious with a great bathroom and shower. Very comfortable bed.
Not sure why we were not given the bigger room in the ist place.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was really clean, beds super comfortable with extra pillows if required.
It was lovely to have a mini fridge and tea / coffee making facilities in the room.
From an environmental perspective it is so frustrating when hotels display signs saying that they care about the environment so if you don´t need your towel changed hang it up and then they take them anyway after 1 night. Here they totally respected your choices so a "thumbs up" for respecting those choices and caring about the environment.
I really cannot think of anything negative.
