Deep water, year round, lake front home with fantastic deck overlooking mountains, lake, boat dock, large-flat yard. Enjoy the fire pit or indoor fireplace and gas grill. Home includes master-suite (king), guest room (queen), bunk room (2 bunk beds) and two full bathrooms. The bonus room also includes a futon (full) and twin bed. Kayaks are available (additional fees), parking available for 3 cars, no smoking, and no pets. Brasstown Bald, GA Mountain Fair Grounds, hiking trails, vineyards, and plenty of boat rental companies, restaurants, breweries, and shops are in the area! Kayaks and lily pad are available for rental as well, just reach out!

House was perfect for our family, in a great location on the lake with a quiet cove and good deep water dock. Beautiful property, great house in an amazing location.

Second year staying in this lake front property. Loved the upgrades to the outside furniture/pillows and inside to the curtains. Overall much happier with our second stay and definitely look forward to booking next year. It is such a quiet getaway for the whole family with lots to do. The water toys are awesome and the fish gear too. My teenager and grand boys loved the lily pad and fishing off the dock. The adults enjoyed the back porch and the kayaks. Only suggestions I have are adding new pictures to website to show upgrades and providing a blower to blow off the back porch from pine needles. Can’t wait till next year or before!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay celebrating my parents’ 50th anniversary! The location was so pretty and rather quiet. It had everything we needed, including floats, etc for the lake.

If you want a very quiet place to spend time with the family and building memory’s this place is for you, plus the view s of the lake and mountains are amazing. Check in and communication with the home owner was second to none.

Great location, no steep inclines to get to it. Very well stocked kitchen and linens. Beds are comfortable and the home sits on a deep part of Lake Chatuge, we were able to fish in November and caught nice size blue gill and large channel cats. We enjoy Hiawassee 2 - 3 times a year and this will definitely be our go to!

We enjoyed our stay. Good location to check out other spots like Dahlonega, Helen, Vogel State Park and Brasstown Bald and still have access to a lake. We were disappointed that the water level was low but were still able to use kayaks.

Our stay at this lake front home was great. The house was beautifully decorated inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, and spices - you should check it out before going to the grocery store (which is less than 10 minutes away.) Check in and check out was very simple. We look forward to returning.

Location was excellent. Property was not well maintained. Upon arrival you're greeted with broken landscape lights and a house and walkway in need of a good power wash. Light colored furniture showed soils and white towels were in need of bleach. The shower mats were mildewed. Beautiful lake but unable to enjoy it because the patio and patio furniture were filthy. The layout of the rental was great but tough to get over some of the issues.

The perfect home for a lake getaway. It was very clean, plenty of space for my family of 4. It's a 3 bedroom, but actually has a 4th room with a bed that is just as private. The owners were always quick to answer any questions we had. Our favorite part was all the extra amenities! The garage was full of floats(large and small), yard games, badminton, balls, you name it and it was there! We set out the badminton net and disc golf and played in the large back yard at night. During the day, we rented a boat and jet skis and took advantage of the private dock. Also to note, be sure to check out the kitchen before you head to the grocery store. It was fully supplied with coffee, filters, spices and cooking oil! So nice not to have to buy those items for our short stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

This property is truly a gem! Meredith was extremely communicative and answered any questions right away. Our party consisted of two families - 4 adults and 5 kids (ages 8-15). It was the perfect size for all of us. Our kids had a blast on the lake and made so many memories. The house has everything you need! I am going to truly miss waking up to the beautiful view but we will absolutely book again!

What a wonderful find for my family! The home is right on the lake in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views. The sunsets are magical. The home has everything you need and then some. It was very clean (and I am hard to impress when it comes that) and cozy. I own rental cabins and have high expectations. Those expectations were absolutely met. And if the place wasn’t perfect enough – the owners are THE BEST!!! They are such a sweet family who went above and beyond to make our stay a treasured memory for our family. We are planning to book this place again and again in the future.:)

We had a great time here the scenery was beautiful. The house had everything you needed. It was a bit cold during our stay, but the fire place keeps you cozy. Would love to come back in the summertime for another visit. The town had some nice little shops. My wife loved the antique store. Best restaurant we ate at was the Brother's at Willow Ranch. Also went to Hightower Creek Vineyards, great wine and friendly people. The only down thing I could say is bring some bottled water. The towns water has a high chlorine content, not good for your morning coffee.

The location was perfect. Close to hiking and great restaurants. Access to the lake was super-convenient. We used the dock to tie up our small boat and brought kayaks. We cooked meals and was very impressed with all of the cooking utensils that were available. The fire pit was a nice touch as the evening cooled off. The fireplace was also an added plus. The beds were very comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Communication was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Such a great experience all around from booking until we left to go home. Excellent communication from the owners. The house was huge and we imagined it would be perfect for larger groups too. It was just 2 of us and a perfect quiet and quick getaway for us. We sat outside as much as possible and even enjoyed the light rain days with a quick drive to Helen. The house had everything you needed, linens, blankets, towels, games for all ages, was clean, and there was a detailed book to answer all questions and local events. Highly recommend. Probably better if we had more rain and the lake water was up but it's fall and we weren't there for anything else but to relax. We will definitely be back!

Our stay for Labor day weekend was perfect for 2 families with elementary age children. There was plenty to keep them occupied. They loved fishing off the dock and playing on Lilly pad. The views at this house are like a painting. The location is great and close to everything you need. We will definitely be returning.

Our family had the most amazing week at Meredith’s beautiful lake house! She was extremely communicative and available and was ready to answer any and all questions. It is evident Meredith and her family take great pride in their beautiful lake home, and there is no need to really bring anything except yourselves and your swimsuits; this house is well-equipped with pretty much everything! We even brought a griddle because we often use one for our daughter, but guess what…there was even one of those! There was also so much to keep the kids entertained (both on the water and inside the house). Meredith’s home was super clean when we arrived and is tastefully decorated. We were proud to call it our own for the week! We’re already planning our return trip for next summer. Tips for staying in the area: the Ingles is right down the street, and there are few pretty good restaurants. The kitchen had everything, so cooking and eating from home is the way to go if you don’t want to drive and eat beyond the few restaurants in the area. If you plan to rent a boat, do your homework. We rented a boat in advance and assumed we could take it back to the house; turns out we couldn’t do that due to location, etc. Still had a blast though. Can’t wait to do it again!

We planned this trip awhile back but recently buried my aunt 2 days before arriving and I can tell you this place is so Beautiful got our minds off of sadness even for a few days . This is my step kids first vacation ever and they never wanted to leave . Great memories created and many more to come future guest to your beautiful home . Thank you Meredith
