About this house rental
⚠ PET DETAILS: We provide pet-friendly accommodations that allows up to 2 dogs. There is pet fee of $40 per dog per night and additional deposit of $200 per dog. ** Any pets MUST be pre-approved. **
⚠ POOL DETAILS: The diving pool is indeed enormous and infinity edge, therefore, it is difficult to heat. It will not heat above 80 degrees in the winter. If it is raining, it will not heat above 70 degrees. Pool propane will cost $175/day, 4 consecutive day minimum. The hot tub is a snap to heat at $45/day.
⚠ RENTER DETAILS: Minimum primary renter age is 30. $300 additional refundable deposit will be required.

► Master Bedroom 1: Includes King sized bed w/ 2 chair hide a beds for kids, Smart TV (includes Dish), and a fireplace. Huge Ensuite bathroom including separate jacuzzi tub and bidet
Bonus: separate sitting room with single bed and private patio. (must go thru master to enter.)
►Bedroom 2: King Bed. Ensuite bathroom
►Bedroom 3: Includes King sized bed w/ shared patio with bedroom 4. Ensuite bathroom
►Bedroom 4: Includes King sized bed w/ shared patio with bedroom 3. Ensuite bathroom
►Casita Bedroom 5: Includes Queen sized bed. Ensuite Bathroom. No stairs from common areas to this room ( must go thru Bdrm 6 to enter)
►Casita Bedroom 6: Includes Casita kitchenette and family room w/ Queen bed. 6th Bathroom in hallway. No stairs.
►Bonus den with Queen bed in fish room.
