We enjoyed our stay. This home was very comfortable with a nice deck. This home is very clean and has a great kitchen. We also enjoyed the deck and the grill. It was perfect for what my family needed. The host was easy to connect with and I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice place to relax.

Renters should be aware that the home smells of cigarette smoke. I needed some extra room(s) while coming home for Christmas, and chose this property because of it’s location close to my parents. Upon opening the door, I was hit with the smell of cigarettes, and my eyes started to burn. Fortunately, our children were camping with the grandparents. When I notified “the Real”, I was met with silence. On the positive, check in was easy, basic amenities were provided and the property is tastefully decorated. However it felt like a property flip with with lots of hard work invested and no heart. I will not be staying here again, nor can I in good conscious recommend it.

The place was nice and clean. Add a Hammock Swing on the Deck would be a nice touch. Can't do anything about the Traffic Noise.

Thunderstorm kept shutting the Fridge down, Cell was not accessing my contacts, and there was no Emergency contact info at the house. The steps going from the dinning room in to the living room was so well blended, three steps down, my spouse tripped several times going down. No she wasn't hurt. Could not find the outside trash container when we left.

We have family in the area and visit every year. We chose this place for its convenience but it offers so much more. This is our second year renting this location and we look forward to returning next year.

ALL WAS GREAT-- THERE WAS A HICCUP WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED, BUT ALL IN ALL IT WAS TO OUR BENEFIT. FREDDY WAS GRACIOUS AND MADE A PERSONAL TRIP TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND STAYING AGAIN. THANK YOU FREDDY- :-)

This home was very convenient and comfortable. Freddy was very easy to communicate with and replied within a timely manner and positive attitude to help us with whatever we needed! Only complaints we have are the inconveniences of the home. The lack of cleaning supplies made it difficult to stay clean daily until we purchased our own cleaning supplies. There also was a molded knife left in the dishwasher when we arrived, but it’s understandable and we took care of it. Everything else was perfect and we would stay here again! Thank you for the stay!

Stayed at this property for an extended business trip. The home is lovely, exactly as pictured. Quiet neighborhood and great location. The host was wonderful and very responsive. I would recommend staying here.

The home was very clean and comfortable. It was also close proximity to shopping, dining and live music. The sunrise and sunset views of the lake were stunning! Freddy was a wonderful host who responded quickly to any questions we had about the property or location!

The property was very well appointed with newer appliances, entertainment (Big Screen TVs ), and upscale decor. Surgical cleanliness with the exception of the oven that had a previous spill which was discovered by the smoke detector in kitchen. Close proximity to Marina and access to Lake Hickory was a plus. Markets, restaurants and shopping centers short distances away. Quiet leisurely neighborhood. We will be back.

Overall the place is newly renovated. Quite modern. Lots of grays and whites and good tiling and stainless. Great entertainment TVs and Alexa. The only issue were some fruit flies and I’m not sure where they came from, minor just in inconvenience. It’s a good close location, I would suggest people know it’s across the street from the lake and the roads a bit busy. But other than that it was a great place to relax for me with my son. Freddy was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Everything inside was newly remodeled and updated very nicely and I would definitely stay again. There are only a few less than positive things that could use some improvement. Kitchen needs more pots, pans, dishtowels, etc. Bathroom needs wash clothes as well. We had to pick some up at the dollar general down the road. Drain in guest bathroom was clogged, I did manage to unclog it but having a plunger in the house would have been great for the situation. Batteries were low on door lock which made for an annoyance every time the door was opened it would inform you to change the batteries but there were none in the house. All minor things that could be very easily addressed. Again, all in all I enjoyed our stay and would still recommend it to anyone.

This house is nicely updated with finishes and decor. Loved the TV and living room, felt very homey. The layout was perfect for 3 family members and needing two bathrooms. We cooked and there’s a grocery store very close by. There is work in progress in the yard, but love the front deck! Also need to supply kitchen pot holders and towels, but overall kitchen is great! Would stay again for sure! Freddy was great to respond quickly with question about the door lock.

We had a lovely stay in this well-kept home. The owner was courteous and helpful and promptly responded to any questions we had. A baking pan, oven mitt, and a few more wash cloths would be good to add. Thank you.
