Beautiful brand new home with all the amenities you will need. High speed internet, access to large pool and splash pad, along with a lazy river, hot tub, gym, poolside barbecue and more. 21 miles from Zion National Park and close to great dining, golfing and beautiful mountain biking/hiking trails. Super clean, beautiful home! My kids asked if we could move in.. haha. They loved the bunk bed room, and didn’t even complain about having to share a room. Ha. The pool is great, fire pit was lit while we were swimming one night. Beautiful ambiance. Communication very quick when we had questions. Loved it— we will be back. 💕 thank you!

Really clean, new, uncluttered, beautifully furnished and comfortable home! Great place for my family of 5 plus small dog to stay as a base for exploring Zion, which was about a 30 min drive away. The pool and clubhouse were about a 2 minute walk away. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing a meal, though we didn’t cook. There was a regular coffee pot with filters, not a Keurig. Of note, all of the bedrooms are upstairs, about 17 steps up if I remember correctly. Washer/dryer was available to use, we were able to park in the garage and the AC worked well. There is not an enclosed backyard for the dog, but I was able to walk the dog to a close by area with rocks for him to go potty. There is a Super Walmart really close by along with restaurants and a grocery store called “Lin’s”. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. Highly recommend!

Clean, cozy, and spacious! 3 bedrooms, kids room does sleep 6, with awesome bunk beds. Great pool area just a short walk away! Washer and dryer, which we did utilize since we were a week into our vacation. The location is great! Near Zion and St. George with several State Parks nearby. I would book here again.

This was perfect for our family while visiting Zion National Park. It’s very modern and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hot tub is a great addition and the pool facilities were amazing. Just what we needed after a long day of hiking. It’s only a two minute walk to the pool and lazy river. I would recommend this place to anyone. Also, having a garage to park the car out of the heat was a huge plus.

We LOVED the place! It was just me and my 9 year old grandson and the place was way bigger than what we needed as it could of slept 10. However, I wanted to stay there because of the reviews and location to what our plans were. I doubt we will ever return, because we explored the places we wanted to go: Zion, Bryce and Antelope Canyon. It was a successful trip! Highly recommend this place for your family friendly stay!

Exceptionally clean and felt like a brand new home. The beds were comfortable and all the furniture was nice. It easily accommodated our family of 7. The neighborhood pool area was nice and wasn’t too busy and the kids liked the private hot tub off the back patio. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to many restaurants and a grocery store.

We spent a night at this property in between day trips to Zion National park. It was a very nice property. My family had plenty of room. The condo was very well-equipped for us to cook our meals. We enjoyed the hot tub after long hiking days at Zion. We also enjoyed the community pool, lazy river and hot tub.

We loved our stay here! Though initially nervous about squeezing 11 of us into a 3 bedroom unit, we were all pleasantly surprised with how spacious it is! We were even able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The clubhouse is also great - the only small disappointment was that it doesn’t have a pool table, but does have an air hockey table. Though the lazy river/pool is heated, it was actually quite cold. But, the hot tub was nice and toasty, and the kids enjoyed the small water slide/splash pad even though the water was cold. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I loved this condo. It was exactly what we needed during our visit to Zion. The home was spacious bright and clean and has everything we needed. The amenity center was fun for the kids, wish we had more time to spend here!

This property was perfect for our family and friends to stay at between touring the beautiful national parks of Utah. The house was so welcoming and clean. The kids loved the house and of course the pool and lazy river. Parents lived the lush beds, couch and kitchen as well as the units own hot tub.

This unit was just as advertised. It's a new, clean place with a very nice clubhouse/pool/exercise room/etc... within a short walk of the unit. The host was great at communicating and taking care of any needs with a real sense of urgency!

This property had everything you need for a family with young children! To my surprise they had a baby gate, playpen, high chair, toddler friendly utensils, plates, bowls, cups!!!! I would book this place again! This property was fairly new, super clean and efficient. Easy to find and property manager answered the phone right away when I called before arriving.

We loved this location and the house. It was nice and roomy, comfortable beds. Everything was nice and clean. Our kids loved the walk to the club house to swim and play pool. Great spot of families! We will definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was spotless when we arrived. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals and hang out, and the pool, gym, and hot tub at the clubhouse were a huge bonus. The owner of the property was easy to get in touch with when I had questions about extending our stay. Everything went so smoothly. Would highly recommend staying here.

Our unit was brand new, a bit under stocked in the kitchen. However the owners did respond quickly when we reached out to them and requested a big coffee pot and coffee mugs. The beds were comfortable as well as the couch. The bunk beds are tight as you are not able to sit up on the lower 2 bunks. The property is easy walking distance to the club house. The pool and hot tub were great.

Very new neighborhood near Hurricane. There's a lot of construction in the area (Dec 22) including the units immediately around our rental. There's food nearby but not much of a walkable neighborhood. The clubhouse looks very nice but we didn't make it there. I think people were swimming outside even in winter. It isn't incredibly dog friendly. There isn't a fenced area in back and the rules don't allow dogs upstairs or on the furniture downtstairs. It would be nice with those rules to have a baby gate so the upstairs can be easily blocked off, and have sheets or something to cover the furniture.

This good size condo / townhouse has everything you need. I did get lost at first but was able to call the host/owner and was able to find the house right away. The house all the required dishes , utensils etc, all that was missing was coffee mugs . Overall wonderful place, thank you!!! Carlos from Los Angeles, CA

Clean, spacious townhouse with amazing amenities. One of the nicest rentals with easiest check in/out I've had. There is a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood so I was worried about noise, but it was not a problem at all!
